I've been practicing at Bliss Yoga for over two years. While this is the first studio I've ever gone to, I've never felt the need or desire to go anywhere else. The instruction is fantastic. The studio itself is spotless and beautiful. There is always a fun, friendly and positive atmosphere. I've found Yoga to be extremely beneficial in my life, and most of that benefit is due to this great studio.

I love this studio! Everyone there makes you feel welcome no matter what your level of experience with yoga. There are so many different class levels and times offered you are sure to find one that fits you. It is a very clean and safe feeling environment to practice in. Plus with the added benefit of signing up for just $14 for 14 days you can try every class they offer. And they just introduced a rewards program so you can earn points towards products and classes. Refer a friend and you can earn $30.00.

This studio from the moment you walk in has a wonderful energy. I enjoyed my class so much. Not only did I leave more positive and calm my body felt amazing and sore!! Would recommend for anyone looking for a yoga studio in Utica.

I thoroughly enjoy attending Bliss Yoga for my classes. As a beginning student, I find the atmosphere welcoming. Yin was amazing this evening! The instructor talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable as a new yin student. Always an amazing experience!

Was skeptical about yoga since I had a bad experience in the past. But this place is awesome. I felt very comfortable and didn't feel forced to do poses that didn't feel natural. Very nice staff. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a yoga studio and to people who may want to try it for the first time! YEN on Monday nights is my favorite class!
