The staff in this facility as well as the headquarters main office are very disrespectful. They are a bunch of people who think they are elite and above other citizens. Basically this is a rich people club and they will make accusations and kick you out if they don’t want you there. They accused my nephew of something that he did not do, were very disrespectful and kicked him out of the club. He asked what he did wrong and they would not tell him. However, when I called the main office they said that he disrespected the staff. Now this is a kid who has been praise for his well manners and they are accusing him of this. When I asked to see the camera video to confirm, they told me that they do not have to show me anything. Not only the staff there was disrespectful to my nephew, but when his mom went to talk to the manager and understand what happened, they were disrespectful to her as well and told her they do not have to provide her with any information and the bottom line is her kid is not allowed at life time anymore. So I had to go and ask from his friends to see if what the staff claim has happened did actually happen and they my nephew disrespected the life time staff. Well, all said they he did not do anything wrong and that he was targeted by the staff for an incident that some other kids have done. I tried to get some information from life time but they would not return my call. I hate to say this but this company is made of bunch of pricks who think they are better that everybody else AND they can pick who goes to “their” club.

About to cancel our memberships. My locker was broken into last week today. All of my stuff was stolen, my clothes, shoes, identification and cell phone. I have repeatedly called and have had 2 "personally going to check" responses. Only "gino" is able to review the cameras on who came and left while I was there which was a low traffic time roughly between 920pm-11-20pm. I have not had a single call back and lifetime has shown little to no concern that my stuff was stolen. I will be filing with the police on the lack of help I have received and will request them going there to get some assistance. Your policy doesn't include if members stuff is lost or stolen but it's pretty pitiful that you also shown no concern for it either. Especially with how much we pay and to top it off my sister works as an instructor there and has also made attempts for some help in the matter.

Terrible experience. Overcrowded. Could never play basketball. When you try to cancel it's a joke. They want a full month's notice before you cancel so they can charge everyone an extra $100 when they quit. I purchase $200 of their lifetime bucks when I signed up for $75 extra and thought that was a good deal. I cashed them out on Lifespa services before I canceled my membership. Now they are telling me that I have to be a member to use these because what I had actually bought was a pending spa services so they say I didn't really spend the LT bucks so those are gone with no refund also. Customer service just trained to apologize while taking money out of you account. They do nothing to help the customer and keep selling more and more memberships and not expanding or adding anything so that it's going to get to the point where you have to schedule an appointment to ride a treadmill.

Lifetime fitness is an awesome facility, it is very clean and well maintained, has lots of good equipment, and the staff is always very friendly. The ONLY thing i can say is bad is the price per month... If it where a little lower it would earn 5 stars from me.

If anyone knows, Troy is usually called the dirtiest lifetime but honeslty this one was just trash when I went today bathroom were trashed towels everywhere. Your workers are lazy AF. Other lifetimes I go to around this area are so clean. Step ur game up
