CrossFit Teneo

I’ve been at Crossfit Teneo for a year now, and it’s changed my life. Even in my 40’s, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since I played college football; because of the wonderful coaches and other members here. The family atmosphere here has also been great for my wife and 12 year old boys, who now love fitness as well. The coaches are fantastic, and teach you the right way to do the exercises no matter what your fitness level. The other members are great and everybody works together and supports each other towards achieving their fitness goals. I’ve tried many other types of fitness programs, and Crossfit Teneo has given be the best results. 1hr. 3/4X per week and you will achieve your fitness goals. I can’t recommend it highly enough, Crossfit Teneo is fantastic.

I was a member at Crossfit Teneo for nine months. I can tell a huge difference in the way I look and feel since I started. The only reason I left Teneo was due to relocation for work. This gym has a great community and the owner and the coaches are very dedicated to their members. Anyone considering crossfit should definitely checkout Teneo!

I really enjoy my time at Teneo - both as a coach AND as a member! The programming is geared toward creating stronger athletes no matter what your fitness level and all of our sessions are focused on FORM and SAFETY above all else. And it's FUN!! Loving seeing this box grow and being part of the community here. There are new faces every week and everyone is so supportive and cool. Thanks Teneo!!

I have been going here for a few months now and I must say that it is an excellent environment. The trainers look to educate and make sure you do the right things right and know when you need the extra push to achieve your goals. Even when I didn't think I could, they pushed me and I found out what I am truly capable of. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get into Cross Fit. I had no experience at all and they have taken the time to cover the movements and what I should be doing to make sure I get the most out of my workouts.
