Was very disappointed !!! I always try to shop local so I ordered a cold air intake for my truck, when I was putting it on the product broke, I took the product back and they ordered me another one. The same weekend I ended up in a car accident and my whole truck was wrote off, I called kustom to let them know I will no longer be needing the air filter and the person on the phone was very rude and asked me why I had them order it again in a very rude tone. Not thinking I owed anyone an explanation I told the man about my accident, he showed no remorse. When I went in to get the money refunded I was speaking to the woman at the desk and the first the she said was " yea, so why don't you want it?" I also told her what happened and told her the person on the phone wasn't very pleasant to deal with she replied with " I doubt it" long story short, very unpleasant staff and very hard to deal with, wish I would have went to action auto instead !

This place is amazing!! They can pretty much do whatever you need when it comes to customizing your car. Amazing customer service and competitive pricing!
