Staples Saint John

I had an absolutely terrible experience shopping at Staples SJ todayOctober24 2024, about 2:45. There was one item I couldn’t find, and I happened to see an staff, Mark C, a big guy. I politely asked him for help and show me, but he seemed uninterested, unwilling, and unhappy, almost as if my request was bothering him. Absolutely no smile on his face. I thought he was going to take me to find the item, but halfway there, he just pointed vaguely in a direction and mumbled something under his breath that I couldn’t even hear. Then, he ran off to chat with another colleague from the Photo Center happily. It was clear that he worked extremely slowly, and his attitude was incredibly lazy. Honestly, I felt like I could have done a day’s worth of his work in just an hour. It’s obvious that Mark doesn’t like or isn’t suited for this job.

So rude behavior. Even have no idea. No professional skill that how to deal customers. I prefer not to go there. Try central library. Specially that Lady black hair's very rude, nasty. Too much smelly lady.

I recently visited Staples and was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with my needs. Whether I had questions about products or needed help with printing services, they provided clear and friendly guidance. The positive atmosphere made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the staff truly enhanced my visit, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

They would not take our Purolator package for shipment. Educate your employees and provide your customers with the correct information. Poor way to run a business.

I was impressed by the professionalism Thomas and Mark aa they helped me with a project . Thomas was understanding and knowledgeable as he helped me enlarge the script for directions for installing a keyboard for a tablet. Thank you. You guys were awesome.
