I recently had the pleasure of ordering a brand new RAV4 from Saint John Toyota, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! As we were moving to Saint John, NB, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received from this dealership, which is rarely found in the car industry.nnFrom the start, we worked with Sheldon, who guided us through the entire process of selecting features, colors, trim, and package online. He went above and beyond to ensure we found the exact color and trim we wanted, even just before our delivery day. We provided our expected arrival date in New Brunswick as we flew in from Vancouver, and the entire buying experience was seamless.nnSheila was outstanding throughout the process as well. Her communication, professionalism, and efficiency were top-notch. She handled all the information confidentially, got all documentation signed online, and explained every term thoroughly.nnThe cherry on top was the day we arrived at the Moncton International Airport. Sheldon had our car waiting for us, fully insured, gassed up, and detailed to perfection. It was such a fantastic feeling to have our brand new car ready and waiting for us upon our arrival, leaving an amazing first impression.nnWe are thoroughly enjoying our new RAV4 and are already considering another purchase from this dealership. When I visited the store the next day, I was warmly welcomed by the team, introduced to the managers, and I met Sheila in person, who had all our documents and a complimentary pen ready for me! nnThe team at Saint John Toyota are impressive and provides an incredible buying experience. Special mention to Cody at the service department. I brought my vehicle in for its usual maintenance and MVI. Cody went above & beyond to sure all my needs are met. His prompt response to my questions and knowledge made my visit worthwhile. He’s friendly too. He even gave me a key chain. Awesome dude! 10/10

Thanks to Jill manager of detailing shop for the very friendly and competent service. We drove 100 miles to have our new RAV4 undercoated and we were 100% happy with it. We were invited to wait in her office which is pet friendly . Fair price and fun experience! Thank you.

The sales person did a great job explaining the process but once I ordered the vehicle I have received nothing related to the fact I placed an order. All I have is a visa receipt of the deposit. No status or acknowledgment that I ordered a truck. Once I placed the order I would think Toyota could then be able to provide me a more precise timing of delivery. I inquired last week and I was told there is nothing in the system on my order, not really sure what that means. Do I have an order or not? My brother ordered a ford ranger and he can check online the status right down to the his VIN number and now knows the exact date of delivery. I am still at 3-6 months I think! But who really knows.

Recently purchased a new Rav4 and I love it! I worked with Matt, who was polite, personable and professional. He was easy to work with and did his best to make sure I walked away a happy customer. Thank you Matt!
