I've been in the market for a new vehicle.  After touring all of the car lots in our area I decided to go to Fundy Honda to see Marcel Savoie. For me, Marcel is why I bought a Civic. His customer service is second to none but more importantly, I trust him. These are the two qualities I value most when making such a big investment. This is the second Civic I've purchased from Marcel and it won't be the last. If you're in the market for a quality vehicle at a great price, don't wait, go see Marcel today. I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. Sean Tait was very informative, explained the details of the car and contract. I appreciate all the personal touches. Call back phone calls to make sure all is well with the car, if I have any issues or concerns. The birthday and Christmas cards. I am very happy with Honda. I would highly recommend Sean as an agent and I would give him plus 10 in all areas.

My husband had a great experience!  Marcel was very excellent to work with.  He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions, and followed up with us twice after we bought our vehicle to see if we had any further questions.  I would highly recommend Marcel to anyone to deal with.  He made what can sometimes be a stressful transaction, into a very positive experience.

Paul Frampton helped us find the perfect car for our family! We appreciated his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. He made purchasing a new vehicle a simple process, was very accomodating and answered all of our questions. He listened to our needs and wants and went that extra mile to make sure we found the perfect vehicle for our family. Paul never made us feel rushed or pressured into buying and this is a big part of why he earned our trust and business. 
On pick up day, Paul was very thorough and helped us understand how to operate all the new technology in our vehicle and how to navigate the warranty process. He gave us the Saint John Fundy Honda tour and truly made us feel like part of the Fundy Honda Family. Thank you Paul for a wonderful experience thus far!

My experience with buying cars is very limited, as i have only owned a few and the car i purchased from Honda is the newest of the new to me cars. I was on a web site looking into buying a Honda because I do my research and Honda has always had a good reputation. So upon receiving an email from Sean Tait of Fundy Honda I decided to make an appointment to go and see what they had to offer me. Upon entering the front show room i was greeted with open arms from Sean Tait who i had know from the time he was in grade school and was delighted that I was going to deal with someone that I was familiar with. He quickly asked me what I was looking for and if I had taken any cars out for test drives.  I had taken a vehicle out the week prior and Sean immediately  asked if i had liked the vehicle and informed me they had just received one and that it had dropped in price that morning. He said to take it for a test drive and enjoy the experience of it. Well I'm not one to act so quickly on purchasing a vehicle but i did within days of the test drive. Sean was so helpful with everything from introducing me to the finance person and following up later with helping me with some of the options in the car, even though it wasn't a Honda he had to make himself familiar with the Santa Fe.  I had to call him again the following week to check up on something and again he was so helpful and directed me to the next person giving me phone numbers and we followed up again to confirm all was ok with my vehicle. My experience was pleasant and not at all stressful and quite enjoyable in fact. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Fundy Honda and buy my next vehicle and would suggest that all Westsiders give Sean the opportunity to help them secure a vehicle. Always nice doing business with a fine young man who knows his business.  Thank you Sean
