I recently purchased a used BMW from Tri Star and the vehicle was very reasonably priced. After purchasing the car they realized the mvi had run out. They put the vehicle through an inspection and discovered there was some parts that needed to be replaced. They were very good about it and replaced the parts for me and I only needed to pay the inspection. This kind of service is almost unheard of in this day and age. The salesman Rick was amazing you deal with and his co worked Mark as well. I would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the market for a new car. I am beyond impressed and will certainly be making further purchases here

Professional and committed to customer service, this dealership demonstrates that great service does still exist in the auto industry. Special shout out to Steven Kinsman and Mark Mills. I have never been treated so well after the sale and I realize I should have been driving Mercedes products much earlier.

Purchased a new GLC300 from TriStar and the experience was exceptional from the test drive to purchase. Mohammad Syed and Gerrianne Pain were extremely helpful in making the purchase a positive experience. I cannot believe the quality of workmanship, comfort and handling as well as safety features of this vehicle. Contact Mohammad and test drive for yourself, confident you will love it.
