Kootenai Clinic OBGYN - Coeur d'Alene

I am only giving a two star review because I absolutely LOVED the nurses and the ONE ultrasound tech I had. The Dr was good too, however there was NO personal touch and I honestly could have cared less if she would have been the one to deliver my baby or not. As this is my first pregnancy it was very important to me that my doctor experiences were positive and happy. However I felt rushed in that office like I was cattle and the front staff was HORRENDOUS!!!!!!! There was an older gal who worked the front that was very sweet and helpful with all my questions, however there are two younger gals that check in and check out that need an extra course in patient care. I was APPALLED at how I was treated by them. Mostly the gal who makes your appointment at the end of the appointments..I believe her name was Julie.. she has a VERY negative attitude every single time I had met her. I work in patient care myself and would never dream of treating a patient the way this girl does. This clinic should really re-evaluate the training they give these girls and should focus more on positive patient experiences.

The worst Dr office I've ever been to he totally ignored my problem and shoved me out the door I don't care how far I have to drive I'm never going back there

BreAnn Huss is THE best!! She is so friendly and really listens to your concerns. This is the only place I've never felt like I was being rushed out the door. I've also seen others there as well and I've never had a negative experience. Also, their front desk staff are great and on top of things. I would definitely recommend Kootenai Clinic OBGYN!

I have went through to pregnancies and births getting to know the midwifes here so well. Each appointment i have never felt rushed or pressured. And they offer you so much support. By the end of my pregnancies i pretty much feel like they are a part of my family and quite the delight to see someone who is as excited about it all as you are :)!!
