Kootenai Urgent Care

My son had a bad cough for a long time. We got right in in about 10 min. The front desk was polite and helpful. The doctor was kind and very good. He sent us to get a couple prescriptions,and my son is completely better after 3 days. Post Falls Urgent Care is a top notch facility. I would highly reccomend this place!

Was forced to seek care late Tues afternoon for my 13 year old son. Although they were very busy and the wait was long, the staff and Doctor were very friendly. Due to my son's injury he needed to have an X-Ray. The X-ray tech was very nice & my son was very comfortable through out his xray. I truly appreciated all the staff. Being a mom late in the evening with 1 injured child and 1 impatient 4 year old waiting for hours they made time pass as fast as possible. Thank You for taking care of us.

The staff was very prompt and helpful. They took good care of me. They were all very friendly and caring..i would recommend them to all my friends and family..

So thankful for this urgent care facility! We've been here several times over the years and never had a bad experience. Having imaging in house is so nice, too.

We definitely appreciate the Dr, introducing himself, and truly appreciate him treating me "the Mom" like a real human being that matters, also he treated my words and opinion with validity. That meant alot to me. I have been to other urgent cares who treated me very poorly, like I was an alien or something. Thanks Kootenai Urgent care! You guys Rock! Having 2 children with Influenza B at the same time is very difficult, but having a Dr, and awesome medical staff be kind and respectful sure made the road a little easier to travel on!
