Harold Preiksaitis, MD

I am pleased to write a review on my recent experience at Kootenai Clinic, specifically with Dr Preiksaitis and his very compatent staff. Prior to my appointment I received a phone call and my appointment was set up along with prescription requirements and pharmacy selection for pickup. Then within a week I received written confirmation of my appointment with very complete instructions to follow starting 48 hours prior to my appointment. I arrived at my appointed time and was quickly received by a friendly staff member and the required paperwork completed. Afterwords I was made comfortable and prepared for my medical proceadure by Dr Pee's extremely friendly, humorous and competent staff. The proceadure was completed with very positive results. At no time was I anxious or uncomfotable at the clinic and the entire staff assigned to my care made me feel special indeed. No one enjoys medical issues but thay are important and necessary and having dedicated professionals like Dr Preiksaitis and his staff available make the experience much easier.

I have to say this was the best experience at a doctor's office. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Dr. Preiksaitis was calm and took his time explaining my new routine. Coming from California where you get 15 minutes of the doctor's time. I got what felt like an hour of his time and the staff has gone above and beyond. So happy for this move to Idaho.

Very impressed with the professionalism of staff from scheduling to re-scheduling (due to changes in my schedule) and the out patient proceedure.

I found Dr. Preiksaitis very competent and interested in listening to my concerns. His staff was very efficient and the wait time was less than 5 minutes.
