My experience with Kootenai clinic is always good. The staff is pleasant and friendly, the scheduled time of appts are always kept to a minimum wait time and the Drs and nursing staff are excellent. They take their time with you to explain procedures, make you feel comfortable knowing what to expect. I highly recommend them!

I was treated with respect, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate Dr Young's thoroughness in taking the biopsies. Even though the test was negative, the biopsies showed inflammation. The symptoms were just starting to return when his nurse called and told me about the inflammation and that a prescription had been called in for anti inflammatory medication. Thank you to Dr Young and all the staff
