Kintec: Footwear + Orthotics

I visited the Kintec Surrey location due to pain and swelling on my ankles. It was quite busy when I came in and had to wait about 5 minutes until I was helped but I was greeted immediately and it was worth the wait! I was helped by Kristine who assessed my gait and foot profile. After discussing with me my foot mechanics, she brought out different shoes and insoles that specifically fit my profile. She even recommended a cream they had to reduce the pain and swelling. And the best part of all.. she sampled the cream on me and gave me an amazing foot massage! Top notch service, thank you Kristine!!

Very knowledgeable staff and affordable orthotics. It's nice to be able to get the free adjustments for orthotics insoles. I love the customer service and will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The staff is very courteous. Staff Aman has very patiently explained the process of choosing the right shoe for my daughter on 25th Nov evening. Highly recommended.

The doctor had referred my son to visit Kintec because he had heel pain while playing soccer. Shawn recorded a video on him and showed us what was happening with his feet. Good service better then going to any shoe store I have been to before.

Purchased a new pair of trail runners today. Jennifer was really nice and helpful, checked me feet, videotaped my feet on a treadmill. Over all very pleasant experience.
