Kinetic Indoor Cycle and Fitness

I joined Kinetic in April 2016 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Everyone who works there and who goes to Kinetic are so welcoming, uplifting and supportive! I have never been to a gym like this before. It’s truly a one big family! They keep me motivated and lift me up when I am down! I would highly recommend trying out Kinetic!! I should also mention that Kinetic is so great because there have a great leader - Sandra!

Kinetic is the best gym in Lethbridge. Its one of my favorite places to go. Sandra, the owner, is so passionate and is always working to make Kinetic that much more fun and engaging. The Instructors are extremely motivating and inspiring, no matter what kind of day I've had, I leave Kinetic happier and stronger! Its a real team mentality and you feel like you're part of the Kinetic Family! All the staff know your name and greet you with a cool towel after your class, plus they have PK Speakers!

I joined Kinetic Indoor Cycle and Fitness approximately 2 years ago, and it is the first fitness facility that I truly felt welcomed and proud to be apart of! The community of instructors and participants is second to none. The variety of classes has kept me wanting to come back and to push me past my comfort zones. A special thanks to Sandra for leading the way in fitness for people of all ages and fitness levels in Lethbridge! I truly love my Kinetic family!

Clean facilities, great sign up program online, and fantastic coaches. Glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and started attending the yoga classes. Hope to make it a routine thing and not a new year fad.

Kinetic is the best. From the moment you walk through the door the staff is pleasant and willing to help you in any way. Everyone is welcome. The instructors ensure to modify the classes so everyone is able to participate regardless of athletic ability or fitness level. I would highly recommend that you try Kinetic.
