July 27, 2017 I was in a ranching accident and sustained injuries of a collapsed lung, bruised heart, de-gloved arm and a back so bruised even down to the bone. The plastic surgeon here in Lethbridge was able to save my arm after a discussion of possible amputation. I will forever be thankful for that surgeon. And I will forever be thankful to Everyone at Perfectfit4u because they kept me on the right track and helping me slowly gain muscle back without over doing it. Over doing it would be super easy for me to do as I have minimal feeling left in my arm; this could result in further permanent injury and less dexterity of the hand. Following Perfectfit4u's program, each of my doctors advice and having Perfectfit4u support me in answering my questions and constantly cheering me on I am proud to say... Not doing a single push-up since my accident and maintaining Perfectfit4u's program, last week I did 53 consecutive Push-Ups! I cried after not from pain or soreness, okay there was a little bit of soreness but I did 53 Push-Ups! Real Push-Ups. This week I've been holding a plank for 5 minutes straight and yah I'm gloating! But I could not have done this if it wasn't for Perfectfit4u and my doctors who kept me safe through it all. Going from 8 months ago to thinking that I may never get to keep my arm again, to thinking that I had an arm but I'll never use it again, to now.... Doing 53 Push-ups consecutively! Thank you so much Perfectfit4u I actually I have use and strength in an arm that for a short while felt like it didn't belong to me with delayed response. For anyone who reads this review I hope that you understand how incredible Perfectfit4U is. They didn't just help strengthen my arm... They strengthened my confidence in myself and helped me get back the life I wasn't sure I would ever get back to! I would definitely recommend Perfectfit4U to anyone and everyone!
