Get Serious Fitness is Lethbridge’s premier Pilates and specialized training studio. Get Serious Fitness redefines the concept of exercise, taking it to a new level. Our environment is very different than other gyms or fitness facilities. The moment you walk in the studio you are surrounded by positive energy, encouraging support and complete acceptance.
Our new ‘state of the art’ studio provides small intimate personalized classes and private one-on-one training’s tailored to each persons specific needs.

Pilates is more than just a workout. Any person who’s been taking Pilates knows that Pilates doesn’t only give you incredible core strength, and sculpt your body, but it also clears your mind, gives you energy, and inner serenity. GSF is Lethbridge's only authentic Pilates Studio in Lethbridge.

Get Serious Fitness has all the elements I look for in a gym/fitness facility. 
1) Andrea is remarkably knowledgable in all classes she teaches. Her skill is impressive and she always provides me with valuable tips and advice in areas I've been personally "stuck". 
2) Her energy and enthusiasm has me "wanting more" after each class. I love the friendly, safe and fun environment. 
3) It's ALWAYS clean and they put continuous effort into maintaining cleanliness for their clientele. That's not easy to find. 
4) And as a bonus, it's the most beautiful facility in Lethbridge.

I started going to Get Serious more than a year ago when an injury in a TRX class made the need for core strength clear.  I can't say enough about how much Pilates with Andrea has made a difference.  Her guidance is clear and useful. I finally understand what core strength can be.  Andrea is always patient and attentive to the adjustments that each client needs.  Her studio is a terrific space that feels welcoming, warm, and peaceful.  I'm a huge fan.

Andrea is a blessing in my life! Her kindness, passion and love for what she does and how she cares for her clients is pure and authentic. I have been doing Pilates Reformer for 3 months and I feel noticeably stronger and taller.  Andrea is very attentive and provides me with modifications to exercises as needed. Her studio is a very clean and equipment well maintained. I love going to her classes and always leave with a smile on my face.

Having been diagnosed with stenosis of the lower spine I was ecstatic to find that there actually is Pilates being taught in Lethbridge and that Andrea could help me develop core strength with my condition in mind.  I couldn't ask for a more professional, experienced and knowledgeable instructor.  I so look forward to every lesson I take!

My wife kept telling me about Andrea's class at Get Serious Fitness. How great the classes are and how friendly and helpful Andrea is. So I had to go and see it my self. It was all true. In a few months it literally changed my life no back pain no big belly, I feel great!  Thanks Andrea
