Lethbridge Adventure Boot Camp

I would recommend this gym to anyone. It's the first time I have joined a gym and actually gone because I have felt so welcome and accepted. Joe and Kim strive to always stay current with what works and what motivates their clients. They try everything out themselves, look for ways to improve it, and then try it out on their clients. Any time I set a goal for myself, or want to try something new, they are right there with advice or a plan to get me where I need or want to go. They never tell me something can't be done, they always find a way to get results. I feel like they are more than just a trainer, they have become friends or part of my family. They have helped me improve my health to the point where I don't need to take medications anymore, I have lots of energy and I am able to keep up with, and sometimes surpass my kids. Thanks guys!

I started training at Lethbridge Adventure Boot Camp in January and could not recommend Joe and Kim enough! When I first started I couldn't do one actual push up, and now can do 34 without a break. After losing 40 lbs since I started, my arms and chest are bigger, my stomach smaller, and my energy is through the roof! Joe and Kim are great readers of their clients and know just how far to push to keep you motivated yet squeeze a little more out of you each workout. They are also genuinely great people and treat us all like friends. Now that they have added the MyZone technology, the workouts are even better. If your looking for a great workout from people who really know their stuff, look no further.

Always a different workout, been going there for almost a year and nothing the same. Such a great encouraging atmosphere!
