Truly amazed at this facility!! There is so much to do, so many classes, instructors are very attentive and truly care about everyone’s well being! The POOL!!! Unreal and hot tub, steam room, lazy river and AQUATIC classes! There is a running/walking track around 6 courts which are almost always available for basketball, volleyball, badminton to name a few activities! All the staff are so helpful and we are so lucky to have such a complex here in Lethbridge! **I may not have mentioned the cycle room, the bigger than BIG exercise area with the best machines I have ever seen!! And there is another ‘heavy weight area being new I have no idea what it is called but it’s amazing! Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!
Have only met competent and friendly workers and people here. Everything is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to everyone. The teachers of the classes I take come over every class and help me do things a different way when my body can’t do certain things. Awesome place
Awesome facility!! We enjoy going there for numerous things. There is something for everyone to do. A great, much-needed addition to Lethbridge. Awesome management too!!
Was not impressed with the fitness centre. Felt like nobody gave a lick about maintaining the area. Machines were dirty, equipment scattered all over the place. And they should seriously reconsider the hours of operation for the fitness centre.
I love the Y, I have been there for 5 months now and not once have I ever felt judged while working out. A big part of my great experience has been from Katelyn K who I have been personally training with since I started she is the sole reason I workout. She has built so much confidence in me and has pushed me to do more then I ever thought capable in a good way. I go to as many classes of hers as I can and always have a good time classes I never thought I could do. Also shout out to Ian who comes over and makes me and Katelyn laugh while doing a one on one session never fails. If you’re looking for a new gym I highly recommend the Y for the fact the staff is great and you get amazing classes and support with your membership
The Y is great when you have a membership but it is expensive if you don’t. My father and mother in law took my son swimming there and since they didn’t have memberships, it cost them $20 to swim with him for an hour. Sure they had access to the whole place for the day, but all they wanted was the pool for an hour. There should be options to only pay for the pool or the tracks, etc. I also find that for a huge place with lots of resources, there is very little for children to do. The indoor playground is great, but it’s only open in the afternoons, and the bouncy castle is only set up once or twice a month and there is nothing else set up in the gym for little kids to do on weekends. They could at least set up the big foam blocks, or have some other things games, etc set up in the gym on weekends for kids.
Nice gym for anyone trying to get fit. Great swimming pool. Lots to do.
This is a fantastic place, so much fun, friendly staff and lots to do. The pool is incredible with two water slides, a wave pool, and a rock climbing wall. Fun for everyone is guaranteed.
Very nice place. The staff were great
Clean facility with lots of equipment to workout with, plus the staff are also friendly and helped me find my missing car keys
