Story

O2 Training Centre is located in downtown Lethbridge. We offer Bootcamp, TRX, Kickboxing and Core classes as well as nutrition and tanning. First class is always free - come try a class to see why we're the best!
We provide a fun, friendly & motivating atmosphere where everyone can get the best workout. We offer something for everyone.

Spent some time at O2 yesterday and was super-impressed by the premises - modern equipment, spotless, and smelled good, too :) Really liked the way that the trainers knew everyone's name and greeted them as they arrived for their workouts. Definitely going back!

The gym has outstanding equipment. It is always clean. The trainers are always on time, organized and professional. It is a pleasure to improve my health at this gym.

I have been training (muay thai kick boxing) under Justin for 10 years plus. He operates a clean bright modern gym with amazing personal training and equipment available. Very professional!!! If you are looking for the best trainer and training facility in the city give Justin and his Team a call, I highly recommend them. Barry Peterson, Crowsnest Trail Harley-Davidson.

Justin, Jordan and Brittany are awesome to work with. Always pushing to help you reach your goals. Three months a member and have yet to repeat a workout. I attend both personal training and group classes.
