The food was not authentic vietnamese. Not even close. Small portions compared to other restaurants. Only thing decent was the fried spring rolls. Though, that itself had less fillings than other places. Soup wasn't good either. Hesitated sitting down after walking in and has a chinese smell. No pho smell at all. The vermicelli I also had, wasn't good either. They use thick noodles, which is more common at chinese pho places, like Pho 88 at Bamburgh Circle. That place is terrible too, but better than Kim Bo. Make the trip to Pho Quinn or Pho Metro, they're my favourite. More expensive, but worth it.

Came here for dinner last night and I enjoyed the food here. Their soup broth is pretty delicious and not too salty. Also felt like my body was so clean from drinking it lol. Their deep fried king oyster mushrooms are also a hit. They are on the spicy side though. I would come back here for sure.

My parents and I have been coming here for lunches over the past 2 years and the pho has been fairly good. I went with my dad last night for dinner and found the broth tasteless as if the chef decided to take a day off just added more water into the pot.

What the hell?! I've been eating here regularly for the past year and the food always surprises me. Today I was surprised by how bad the food was! The soup tasted like cum and the noodles itself was harder than gold. After complaining to the waitress we were given another bowl but the food was the exact same, cum flavoured soup and rock hard noodles. Am very disappointed will not come back again!

I would give it a zero star if I can. Service was mediocre. The spring roll was way too oily. Pho was too soft. There were way too much noodles vs meat. The food quality was very poor for the prices.... Please don't ever go there!

Very rude service. I sat down to eat lunch before 2 other tables but was served lasted. The waitress then complained that I didn't leave tip. Good food but horrible service

Really disappointing customer service to be honest, mediocre pho. The broth is way too salty and the beef they use always seems old. Portions are small and expensive. There’s better places for the price, don’t waste your time and money here.

Terrible customer service! Went to get lunch with my boyfriend and after waiting 45 minutes for our order, we were told our order was given to another customer. The food wasn't bad, portions were reasonable and flavourful. Don't order in person, I recommend ordering online. Very frustrated!
