I heard this restaurant is affiliated with Saigon Star in Richmond Hill but the menu and service is quite different. The pad Thai is quite tasty and noodles are chewy. Ingredients quite fresh. The beef fried rice has the beef tossed on top of a plate of fried rice, not fried together. Which is never seen before! Beef is tender and good quality meat thought. Service is slow and not very attentive even though there weren’t many people. Not sure why they have to wrap the utensils so tight that I have to rip up the napkin to use. May be better off trying their Viernamese noodle soup next time.
We had a great meal, everything we ordered were delicious and well prepared. I highly recommend the yang Zhou fried rice, chicken wings, fresh rolls, coffee, and avocado shake. Noodles and grilled meat were excellent too. Great service and awesome food!!
The food was good and service was fast. The pho broth was yummy. The vermicelli was also decent. Both were large portion sizes. We also got the mango milkshake and avocado smoothie, which were as expected. The inside was surprisingly spacious, with a fair amount of seating and large booths. Parking is available, though it can get busy during peak hours.
We arrived here at precisely 9:30 p.m., when they were meant to accept last orders, yet they still let us in. We ordered the house special pho, spring rolls, grilled pork and beef, grilled pork and chicken, and avocado shake. They brought us house tea, extra soup, and complete sauce for our pho and spring rolls despite the fact that they were rushing because it was almost closing time at 10 o'clock. We ate so hurriedly, but we were unable to eat it all, so we just brought it home. I loved the grilled beef which is well cooked, spring rolls, and avocado shakes, which I will definitely have again. The grilled pork was a hit with my husband. We'll definitely return and try more of the menu.
The portion of bun was huge and worth the price. I got the bun with grilled pork, grilled sausage, and spring roll. I really liked the pork, but the sausage wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting the red sausage nem nuong but what came instead was like spam. Also the spring roll had a mushy/herby filling that I wasn't a big fan of, but I liked how crispy it was. The fish sauce they gave wasn't enough for how big the bowl of noodles was so I'd recommend getting more of that. Overall, the food was 3/5 but the service was really good. The viet iced coffee that my friend ordered was okay, according to her, and she's had better at other places. However I thought it was cool how they presented it like drip coffee and then the waitress comes by and mixes it for you. The interior was pretty and clean, but it was SO HOT inside.. not sure if it's just always like that or due to the hot weather that day Aug 29 but I was sweating in there
Can't go wrong over here, great food, great price! Hot bowl of pho in the winter is a must and this spot did not disappoint. I got the house special pho and there was plenty protein in the bowl to last throughout to the bottom of the bowl. Will definitely be back!
Ordered their Tom yum pho, rare beef and tripe pho and street platter. Everything was great and tasted delicious. I only wish my pho broth was hotter as it cooled down fast. Service was great as well.
Just found this restaurant in Scarborough by chance. The favour is good. However, the topping should be added more than noodle .
Unexpected good! Just wanted get pho and randomly found this place that close to us. Love the wings and mango salad so much!
This pho restaurant is small but the service is great. I got the rare beef and brisket pho. It was tasty and not bland. The bean sprouts, lime, and mints were not dried. Complimented the pho nicely."
