I love this restaurant because they have the Thai flavour food from appetizers to desserts so many varieties. On weekdays Monday to Wednesday their bogo offers make me save money for the day and their lunch combo is so tempting and delicious. Mango chicken with jasmine rice or coconut rice makes my tongue water along with crispy spring rolls. You should try their coconut mango sticky rice as the dessert is so scrumptious. Give it a try you will never regret. Vegetarian options: There are so much options for veggie and vegans. Just let them know and they prepare it for your preference. Kid-friendliness: They customize menu for kids and kids love their crispy chicken and Thai wings. Parking: There is parking available most of the times. Dietary restrictions: I love this restaurant as they options when I asked for veggie sauce for my meals. Even the hostess asked whether I had any allergies which made me feel that they restaurant cares about my well-being as well my family.
If I could, I’d give zero stars. Yesterday I ordered green curry and samosas from this place. Today, we have a serious food poisoning case. Vomiting, stomach ache , diarrhea. We spent the whole night woke up and we both had to take a sick day. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
I was in North York area, when online and order food from their website to be picked up while on the way home. The website even says the address is on Mallard. I went to the store, the staff said they didn’t received my order. So I went home downtown Toronto and plans to complain to their customer service the next morning. When I got home, the Scarborough store staff called me and said they are waiting for me to pick up the food, which I ordered from the North York store in the first place, so I asked if they can cancel the order and refund the money to my card instead, because it would take me 30-40mins to drive there. The staff refused to do that, but agreed to stay until I’ve picked up my order. When I drove there in 30 mins, the door was locked and the staff left the store. Totally wasted my time, gas, and money and I still didn’t get my order. I called the customer service they next day, and they said they will check what’s going on with my order, and they will get back to me. However, I still didn’t get any reply from their head office yet. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
The food was good . It had good flavour and it was enough portion.
Ok decided to give this place a shot tonight for dinner! So I ordered the bogo traditional pad Thai and lemongrass Tom yum soup! The taste was average and portions are very small for the high price! So my issue is basically I paid almost $40 for a bogo promotion and got something so average. And also as advertised the meaning of bogo is you buy one regular size you get the second of same value for free! I basically got one regular dish split into two small containers and that’s $19 and basically I didn’t get anything for free! The large size for soup is ridiculous and it’s basically water and Tom yum paste mixed in and I get no lemongrass flavour at all! $13 for that! I’m sorry to say but I won’t be returning my first experience with any restaurant determines everything! 2 stars for customer service. Maybe your other dishes might be good I don’t know but pad Thai and Tom yum soup are key at Thai restaurants!
This small restaurant really surprised me,stuff is incredibly polite and food is extremely good,Will for sure come back.
Came here for dinner tonight, I got the curry pad Thai and my husband got the regular pad Thai. We are both very happy with the flavour, portion and the price is worth it. I think we found our new Thai place. Best curry pad Thai I have ever had.
Food is decent. Price point a bit high but the portion is big. You can have one meal for two meals. Overall, worth the visit !
Thai one is really good in food as its flavour and how they decor the dish is really a unique ! Last week i went over there and i did dine-in there staff and services are so well ! I tried thai one fried rice ! And it was yumm ! Will cone again and I’ll recommend to thai food lovers to go over there and try it !
