My kids always enjoy their KFC bucket meals from here. Most times I opt for take out or drive through. The entrance door seems heavy sometimes I assume the door is locked. There is ample space for free parking for customers.Food: 4/5
3 stars for the food. There was nobody on the front desk, food price is different in- store and KFC app. Tables were not clean. Better you order in advance and just pickup the order or use drive thru.
I chose the extra crispy chicken, thighs and drumsticks, which are juicy, flavorful and cheap: with coupon, you can get 5 big pieces chicken for only $6.99. While you order from common Korean Fried Chicken places, you pay ~$25~30 for like 12 small pieces of wings I tried the following fried chicken spots in Redmond/Bellevue, to my surprise, KFC is the best regarding the taste/price: Mama’s Kitchen: 3.5 stars, expensive but taste OK. The Third Place: 3 stars, expensive but tasteless. Stone Korean Restaurant: 3.5 star, expense and taste OK. Ezells Famous Chicken: 2.5 stars, expensive and tasteless. 151 days: 3 start, fair price and taste OK. This place worth more than 3.3 stars.
I've been to or had food delivered on DoorDash twice from this location, and they are definitely doing it RIGHT over there, I've had some bad experiences food wise from some other King County WA locations in the recent past, and it was very disappointing because KFC is my favorite. But the Redmond, WA location is AWESOME. Clean inside, friendly service and the food is always fresh and GOOD.
Had a very bad experience with food quality. Staff was good and service was ok. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and chicken breast. Sandwich was cold literally and the meat inside was not crunchy and it was saggy. I am pretty sure meat was cooked long back or taken from fridge and just served like that. Same issue with breast, it was either left overs from yesterday or taken from fridge and heated it and served to me. Very disappointed that I did not even go and confront or complain, I just walked out of the store.
I just ordered through the drive thru for the first time from here. My toddler was of course starving so as soon as I pulled away from the drive thru, I went to grab him a piece of chicken expecting it to be hot but found it to be almost room temp. I’m assuming this is far away from the temperature chicken should be kept at. I tried immediately calling the restaurant and they never answered. Kind of scared to give my $35 meal to my family.
Well unfortunately the soda machine wasn't working. Then I guess they didn't understand that I wanted cole slaw as I side. Just kinda of disappointing. Staff doesn't really seemed like they wanted to there. Parking: Has its own parking. Lots of spaces.
I have to say it’s the worst experience I’ve had! When I order on mobile app it shows order could be done within 3 mins. It did showed ‘finished up’ after 3 mins on app. But the order actually came out 45 mins later ‘finished up’ time on app!!!There were more than 17 people were waiting for their food. It’s ridiculously situation in fast food restaurant!!! And the stuff were not care about customer’s experience at all ! They continue their working speed, no apologies. The only thing they said is your order is coming up. BTW, the order cannot be cancel also! Don’t order KFC, it wastes your life !!!
Gross. Dry. Too hard to be edible. I would not have given this away, much less sold this to any human or animal for consumption. As for recommendations, the root beer might be your safest bet.
The food was good. Loved the fries Staff and service on the other hand was pretty bad. First I came in and for a few mins was just ignored completely. I ordered to go from a phone, I’ve got 0 sauces in my bag. Got 2 drinks, asked the staff about the straws, and they told me it’s in the bag. Nope. Wasn’t there. No sauces no straws or napkins.
