So pleased with our visit today, first time in a long time, our order was completely right, food was hot, beverage cold, napkins and straw in the bag. I am a fan of the food a BK, but my last visit was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a quick serve restaurant. To start, they were out if unsweetened tea, which was only a sign of how poorly things were about to go. I ordered a double cheeseburger kids meal, a whopper with cheese, an impossible whopper, two original chickens with cheese, some fries and a 10 piece nugget. Upon pulling up to the window, the staff in the back was literally screaming at the people up front about how they didn't have enough meat for the double cheeseburger. The window girl decided to come ask if I would just take a single in an attempt to solve the issue. Not excited to short my son on what he wanted, I agreed and was offered a cookie. After we got home with our food, I opened my whopper because it just didn't quite seem right. To my dismay, it was actually two double cheeseburger patties with one ripped in half around the other. Then, moving onto the original chicken sandwiches, both were missing the cheese I had paid for. I chose to call and ask for a resolution, which I luckily received, but the manager on duty was completely apathetic and did not off any apologies or resolutions, I had to ask for them; she actually didn't respond at all and just sat there quietly. The only redeeming part of this was going back for my resolution, but even then I could hear the employees in the back complaining about me. Hopefully they can make some improvements because I would like to still support this location and enjoy more BK in the future.
The staff here are friendly, the food is fresh and up to Burger King standards. They are open until roughly midnight, depending on the crew. I eat at this location about every week, always after 9:00pm because of my work schedule. Each time I eat here, I ask for an Oreo Shake. Each and every time, with only one exception, I’m told they don’t have ice cream. The reason I am being refused an Oreo Shake you may ask? Simply because they already cleaned the machine and don’t want to make it. It could be understood that it’s a complicated machine to clean or that it’s just a nuisance. However, this action and behavior, especially at 9:00pm is providing the anthesis of customer service. It’s also taking away from the profits of the business, therefore taking money away from the person or people who hired you. Not to mention the job you willingly applied for is in customer service and part of that job and service is to provide the products on the menu. I could understand if at 11:45pm it was unavailable, but 9:00pm is unacceptable and indicative of massive complacency. The bottom line is, this single issue is the difference between a 2 and 5 star rating. I have no other issues with the staff, food, quality, service or otherwise. I’d simply just like an Oreo Shake.
Worst BK ever!!!!! Save your money. They need new management or the franchise owner just doesn't care. Place is filthy all the time when open like you feel like you just contracted hepatitis just by walking in, lobby is usually closed due to lack of employees which tells something, food is grease logged and customer service is the worst. Orders are rarely right and employees good off while you're standing there trying to order. Steer clear if you're on a lunch break because the wait time for food is 15-25 minute wait. DQ right across the street and Carl's J is always fresh so I highly recommend going there for better quality food and service.
Horrible! Everywhere from the customer service to the cleanliness of the restaurant. It took over 25 minutes to finally receive our order, which was missing our son's cheeseburger, and the best part of it all was that we got to sit and watch the employee literally "lean" on the window as well as turning his back to us and "lean" on the machines, all while walking through food on the floor! Needless to say, we threw our food out and won't be returning!
The last of what was 3 locations in bend. Now, with the one one on 3rd street. It feels like a blockbuster of a situation. I hope it does not become a pilot butte event. But at least the other locations are now coffee shops. I miss having more locations for the burger I prefer.
Ordered a Chocolate Oreo milk shake. It was liquid and runny, no ice cream at all just milk chocolate and cookie crumbs.Tried to ask for another and they said "sorry it comes out like that sometimes noting we can do." Didn't offer a refund, or a new one to replace it. Just shrugged and didn't care.
This store always seems short staffed and a bit overwhelmed with the amount of orders that need to be completed. The guys in there do their best with what they have, but it definitely jeopardizes the quality of the food you get.Food: 3/5
Hidden fees, menu says 9.99 but suddenly meals 12.98.... Large is .99cents should be 10.99 recipe shows being charge 1.30 for frys and drink... Which isn't .99 cents for upgrade, pretty sure they charge for cheese but don't say they do, recipe also does t say
Go here if you want to wait 25 or more minutes, get the wrong order, and then have the employee's doubt your claim that you got the wrong order because you did not ask for a receipt. That's what happened to me, every part of the order was wrong except the two cookies... Nice Job... $15 wasted
