Slow during “busy” lunch time. Bring some patience with you. Sometimes it is faster to go in and get the order. Easier to pre-order online via the app, will get you a number and into the queue
Weekends the drive thru is the longest of any McDonald's I ever frequent. Feels understaffed. Huge spill in the lobby and they just put a warning cone. No one can come clean it up. It's faster to drive to a different McDonald's.Food: 3/5
I was disappointed that the items I wanted to order were out. I had a craving for the breakfast burritos. Sadly, these were out. I was going to order the peppermint mocha. I was told that the machine for hot drinks was down. I ended up ordering a sausage biscuit. It tasted fine. Just wasn't what I really wanted that day.Food: 5/5
Play place has been closed a long time and the drive thru ordering signs are.. let's say, haggard. Other than that, It's standard McDonald's and lives up to expectations.Food: 5/5
During my visit, I was pleasantly surprised by Angela, who I believe to be the manager on duty. There was an extraordinarily long line at the drive-thru, but Angela kept a cheerful disposition and positive attitude when I placed my order. The food wasn't anything special, it's McDonald's...but what made the experience was Angela. Thank you Angela for keeping things smiley even when you're faced with adversity.
Awesome 2022 They have all new stuff which is strange but either way. My girlfriend and I got nuggets her review is somewhere here. She thinks that they were too crispy and "burnt", I say they are perfectly crispy
I don’t think I have ever experienced a longer and slower drive thru line in my life. 34 minutes for a singular plain cheese burger. Insane. The staff was positive but management needs to find a way to make this more efficient. 3 cars in front of me who ordered, fed up and left.
The app with auto-pay makes the drive thru easier. I didn't have to wait in the overflow spot. The food was fine - we all know what to expect here.Food: 3/5
I have literally never received a correct order from here at night. They take 10+ minutes to get you food with no line, and it is ALWAYS dried out, poorly made and mostly wrong to what you ordered. Do not come here after 8 unless you want the worst mystery meal of your life.
I try to give any food industry at least 3 tries if I have any kind of bad service. You just never know. That being said this is my third time here and I can honestly say this location continues to be a disappointment. This location lacks customer service, slow service and doesn't care about their customers. I ordered through the McDonald's app to have curb pickup and every time they failed to bring me my food. I not only waited over 30 minutes but I also had to go into the restaurant to get my food. If you can't provide the service you advertise then don't give customers the option. Very disappointed and won't be coming back again to this location.
