Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Wish resturaunts here would make chocolate shakes with chocolate ice cream, but this one is one of many that don't. Hersey syrup and vanilla ice cream passed off as a chocolate shake should be a crime. However I don't hold that against this place as I know it's a cost thing and my experience was genuine. Service was nice, food was delicious, atmosphere great, shake was fake.

Great tasty burgers, big selection of beers on tap. Gotta give credit to their fries also. A lot of places can’t do fries right, too soggy or greasy, etc., but the fries that came with my burger were cooked perfect.

Staff was beyond great, they walked by and loved talking to my daughter. Waitress had a great recommendation on lava butte burger, beer was nice and cold, food was well cooked! Overall i would recommend this to anyone not from the area!

Update: stopped back by forban early dinner recently and added photos. The staff was still wonderful and the place was clean. Food was still delicious! I was so hungry when I went in I forgot to take a picture. I LOVE that they have an option for a mini burger! It was so small as a slider but it was just right and it was so tasty! The flavor was perfect and the fries were seasoned just right. Staff was prompt and friendly and made an effort to have a conversation which was welcomed! The facilities were clean and accessible. During the holiday parade I also enjoyed sitting out next to the fireplace.

Honestly this place has amazing food! I’ve never had such a tasty burger, BUT the service was a joke. My husband got his beer & luckily I saw his glass before he did because there was lipstick on it!! We told the waitress she wasn’t old enough to serve so she told the older lady, I watched & she put the glass down & continued to chat with the men at the bar….after several minutes of waiting patiently she finally comes over & asks if he wants another beer, and he said yes, she wasn’t friendly whatsoever, and no apology, she just brings him another one in a clean glass. She never once asked if we needed anything, no refills on our sodas, didn’t ask how the food was, I guess she couldn’t break away from the men at the bar I. I was honestly really bummed, because this place has some serious potential, but not with unprofessional servers. Mind you we had a fairly large group 5 people. Aside from the not so good service, Redmond burger company seriously has some bomb food! We will go back, but not if that same server is working

Great burgers and pub food. Expect a wait. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed the night we were there, but we eventually got our food, and had a pleasant evening. There's not a huge amount of seating, and our group of six initially were seated outside. That was great as it was a warm evening, but the outside seating has almost no lights. By the time our burgers came, we asked for a table inside just so we could see what we were eating. Our server promptly brought us in and gave us good service. I had the Redmond burger, and it was exceptional. Nice bun. The bacon was just right - not limp, but not charcoal - and the rest of the burger was right in the ballpark. The fries were stolen off my plate the minute I said I was done, but hadn't finished them. Everyone enjoyed the fry Bend sauce. Overall, it was a good meal, reasonably priced, and a fun time was had by all. Some of those Christmas type lights under the umbrellas would have saved a move and allowed for them to seat another table. Wait time seemed a little excessive with the very limited seating they have, but it was worth the wait as well.

Everything was quite good. I got the mini burger and it was plenty of food and extremely tasty! The fries were fantastic as well. The staff were very friendly also.

Great selection of beer. Good hamburger as well. There are salad and non beef options as well. The onion rings were excellent. The sweet potato tots were too sweet for my tastes, but they are still very good. Not as many tables as I'd image looking at the size of the building. Definitely worth a try

I have gone to this place consistently over five years now and this review as well overdue. Their management really deserves a raise as they were always super polite and helpful. They aren’t there just to take your order and they always seem personable. To go along with it they have some of the best sauces I have had it a while and for as many times as I’ve gone there their food stays consistently delicious 9/10 times I go there! To top it off They have an amazing atmosphere that makes you want to just dine in with friends!

Mrs Bailey Shelton, I have to say you happen to be very wrong with your comment!! I was there tonight and you ordered the onion rings and you expected to get them for free. The person that was helping you even offered to pay for your onion rings out of her own pocket. I’ve been coming here for three years, regularly and never ever been overcharged. The reason I come back weekly is because the people that work here are the hardest working, most kind, most honest servers I have ever encountered here in Central Oregon. And the food is excellent to say the least!! I hope someday you can recognize what good hard working employees do, day in and day out for the people they work for and the people they serve!!
