JJ's Redmond - Third time in a row we didn't get what we ordered. This time it took almost an hour for delivery freaky what??? and my sandwich was missing just about everything! I really like their food, but this is ridiculous!!!

They refused to deliver to my house even though they’ve delivered here previously. 2.6 miles is out of their jurisdiction? That’s crazy especially because Redmond is so spread out and it’s the only Jimmy John’s. So much business lost.

The Redmond Jimmy Johns is the worst place to get a sandwich, I wouldn’t have even gave them one star but had to, to write a review. They are RUDE and the sandwiches are awful, no meat just bread and lettuce. Will never go there again and will spread the word!!

We placed an order a week ago for a 30 piece party box, to be ready today at 12:00 for a birthday party. We drove 18 miles to pick it up. We arrived at 12:05. We were told they just started our order and it wouldn't be ready for at least 20 minutes. REALLY!!! Horrible service.

We ordered our food and had to wait for delivery for 34 minutes!! I thought they we’re supposed to be fast. Well the guy on the phone taking orders was fast too fast he didn’t listen
