Was LITERALLY the only person in line when I got there and left in the drive thru and inside and they got my order completely wrong. Pretty sure they also added extra hot sauce on stuff for no reason. I wanted a regular burger and got a siracha burger… so disappointed.
15 dollars for a breakfast sandwich and 2 hashbrowns, rob me at gun point next time!!!!! Also the food tasted like 2 day old left-overs. Sad to see a place go under
Got a value deal for 2 small spicy chicken meals sandwich, fountain drink and fries. Even small meals were very filling. My son loved the spicy chicken sandwich. Nice road side east in pleasant weather. And friendly staff too. Plenty of parking space available!
This place is a very good place 2 eat at. My kids loved it, my son whom doesn't ever hardly go outside had to go and get him sum School clothes and his older sister came with us... I had a blast I don't hardly ever get to spend time with him b cuz he likes 2 stay 2 his self but on this day Jack In The Box was there and welcomed us with open arms even was closing and they allowed us to finish eating... They was like don't worry we closing but you don't worry u relax u finish eating it's ok...... Redmond is so dang Awesome the ppl here are just so caring and polite and funny and very down to earth u rock Redmond Washington.
Sloooooooow, i went on my lunch break, the cashier told me to drive too the window, got to the window 15 minutes later, he took me order and wanted me to go back around thru the drive thru again. WHAT!!! I just wasted my entire lunch sitting in this lineFood: 3/5

Asked for BBQ sauce three times. When I asked if they put it in the bag dude said yeah totally. Did not get my sauce.
I feel like I'm an inconvenience to everyone working whenever I visit this location. Food comes out okay.Food: 4/5
I was there last night with my husband and the lady at the drive through was being very rude to us. I was trying to explain to her that we wanted 2 shakes with our meals and she kept telling me she couldn't understand me and to explain myself 3 times and each time I would open my mouth to try and explain to her she would cut me off. She then just said she didn't want to talk anymore and turned the mic off and told is to drive up to the window. When I got there she gave us alot of attitude and the guys in the back started laughing at us. I felt very embarrassed and at that point wanted to just drive off. This is the 3rd time this has happened here with very rude customer service. I've never experienced this at any other fast food restaurant. It's only when I come here. She was by far the rudest lady I've ever talked to. I really hope she gets fired. A person who acts and talks like this to customers should not be working there.
I was there tonight at the drive thru and I tried to explain to the lady that my spicy chicken sandwich was not cooked properly and if she can make sure this time it cooks well. She gave me a attitude and told me she can’t do anything cause it’s based on the timer how it cooks. She needs some coaching from her management on how to treat customers and how someone feels they paid for the food that was undercooked. I wish they can improve their customer service and food quality and not just focus on typing in an order and collect hourly pay.
