We made the mistake of stopping at this Sonic, yesterday. May 28 Ordered Coney Chili dog. More like a cheese dog. Maybe there was a tablespoon of chili and the hot dog was pretty disgusting. Fries and tater tots had no seasoning at all and taste of burnt oil. Then there was the honey BBQ popcorn chicken, which had very little sauce and were so dry, it was terrible. All in all, we wasted $40 on food, that none of us would eat.
The guy that took my order couldn't hear me well. So he kept asking me to repeat myself. My car is not loud either. But the drinks we're good and we made it for happy hour Food: 3/5
I ordered the new Steak and Bacon Grilled Cheese today. The ads show the strips of steak and bacon spilling out the edges of the toasted bread. What I got was NOTHING CLOSE. A few bits of shaved beef and bits of bacon. It was seriously short of how it is presented on their billboards. There really should be quantity control as well as quality control. I feel ripped off.
It's been a long day but the workers here were super cool and friendly I didn't get a receipt or catch either of their names but everyone I talked to was awesome they deserve recognition and the food was nice and hot too!
The ultimate meat and cheese burrito used to be my favorite from sonic. The new tortilla they use is the worst tasting thing I have ever had from sonic. Rubbery, sandy, just all around bad. Destroyed the flavor of the burrito.
I swear, the pretzel just hits different. Oh these burgers are so delicious, they will make your mouth, water, and salivate with delight! Please eat these burgers, they are so good!
Blade absolutely came in clutch and was super awesome! Man's definitely deserves a raise!
Love the drinks here and the food is good as well. The last few months the signs put up by management have been insulting. I understand it's frustrating to be understaffed this long, but telling complainers to stuff their complaints unless they're willing to turn in an application is out of line. I've never complained about the wait, nor do I intend to, but if you can't be professional to your customers you will lose your business. I still frequent this establishment, because the staff has always been awesome but the management and leadership has me wondering if I need to go elsewhere. I would also suggest that they improve the experience for online orders or just shut it off. Right now if you online order there is often no stall accessible to pick it up in. The stalls they open up are the first to get blocked by the drive thru line if it's long. You can walk up to the patio, but there's been times they've even shut off those screens. This leads to a bad experience when I show up and waste additional time just to find out my only option is to wait in the drive thru. Improve your signage so that your online order customers aren't left to figure things out for themselves and add to the frustration. This economy has thrown us all a lot of curve balls, but some businesses have not handled them well.
Person on the intercom couldn't understand what we ordered but also failed to properly clarify so was given a random item off the menu. I think "footlong quarter pound coney" is one of the least mistakeable items on the menu but it doesn't matter when the person on the other end can't communicate properly. I have been consistently disappointed with Sonic in Central Oregon.
Great staff. Made for a humorous drive thru experience. Open late. Fresh fried food. Good prices.Food: 5/5
