I can't sing the praises of Tom at Key-Tech enough, he has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to get things done for me and my family.  The first time we used Key-Tech was in 2010, the head gasket had blown on our Grand Am.  Tom fixed it we were on the road again, a couple weeks later he called and said it was under some sort of warranty and we got money back.  WHAT!  He could have easily not gone the extra mile, but he did.  I tried a new shop that was doing some advertising a little closer to my new house, but the person at the desk tried to scare me into using their services.  I went back to Key-Tech immediately.  Whenever I've had a concern or needed any extra work done he always calls and walks me through the best option.  Last year my car needed new tired and struts desperately.  I only had $2300 dollars and couldn't extend that.  He was able to get what I needed to get done within a day and fit it within my budget.  Its not the kind of shop with all the bells and whistles, but there is coffee, and comfy chairs.  Their families heart and soul is in this business and Tom does an incredible job.

NEVER GO HERE! I brought  my f150 in for oil change , I brought with me all the oil and air filter and oil filter , we Agreed on 66 dollars for the oil change and 40 for the tire rotation  . After I left he called said he had to remove two skid plates to drain the oil and this added on was now going to cost me $180 dollars ! I said don't do the tire rotation . I left my house and went thereto pick up truck cost me 122 dollars . 40 dollars to take of a skid plate , no tire rotation. , 122 dollars to change the oil on a truck using all the oil and filters that I provided . How ? Why ? 
   I said I take my truck to Mr lube all the time and they charge that using all their products and they never charge me 40 dollars to take of a skid plate and he said well u should go there then . Very unprofessional .

Exceptional service. Tom is very knowledgeable and knows his work. Took it in for work that dealer was going to charge $600 and inly paid $200 at Key Tech. Very pleased.

Key Tech has serviced my late model Subaru over last three years. Canadian Tire told me I had no brakes (four discs). Key Tech told me I had 86%. More recently excellent repair within 24 hours. I have referred... and now take my Toyota SUV for service there...

I have brought my vehicle to Key-Tech for the last 10 years. The mechanic and his son are a great team and they have always done a great job. I am so relieved to have been able to find a family run mechanic shop that are extremely honest, caring and reliable.  The workmanship is excellent and the mechanic only repairs what is necessary; like if I can drive my car for another couple months before the brakes need changing he tells me so.   

The really great aspect is that,

"THE MECHANIC WAS A BORN FARM MECHANIC SO HE KNOW HIS STUFF "
