These guys are scammers. Brought my car for an issue. Charged me almost 200 to scan it and then there scanner didn’t do anything for me. They were trying to get me to book it in to look at it. Good thing I didn’t.

Sandy Lane runs the best mechanic shops in Edmonton. There is something about their approach to customer service which I think is different from other mechanic shops. They explain everything, are always honest with you, give you options and just do their best to work with you. I have had nothing but good experiences at both locations (west and south) and will not take my vehicles anywhere else.

Needed a HID bulb replaced with my Audi. Called 5 places for quotes and Sandy came in at the lowest. Booked an appointment, dropped off the car in the morning and it was ready before lunch. Great customer service, highly recommend!

If you have a European car in Canada then these guys are definitely your best friends. Polite and helpful staff, professional service, shuttle from the shop and back, they even wash ur car every single time regardless if you have a major fix or just there to replace breaking pads.. oh and they have free delicious espresso coffee :)
