Service here was great ! I had bought a new Lexus in 2013. I had a huge first accident and the damages were over well over grands. The auto body shop repaired everything back like it was, shined it up and fixed as if i just drove it off the dealer.  Go to Sam, He is very particular when repairing your car!  I highly recommend going to Downtown Auto Repair, and will take my car there, as i only trust them.

I didn't experience good customer service in an auto repair shop until I discovered downtown auto. I had been taking my vehicles to places like Midas and Mr.Lube for years and always felt overcharged and unsatisfied because my issues were still there when I left the shop. DOWNTOWN AUTO HOWEVER IS A VERY HONEST, FRIENDLY, CARING, AFFORDABLE AND HELPFUL SHOP. Sam has always explained in detail the work that needs to be done and how it'll fix my problem. I've been a satisfied customer every time and I'm thankful to have found downtown auto. Thank you to Sam, Mackey and all the mechanics for their hard work and quality service.

They restored $7k worth of rear quarter panel damage after a hit and run for me. Flawless. Excellent customer service, competent body and mechanical technicians, fair and will guarantee you're happy with the service provided

Great shop! Good rate and quality work. My family has been bringing cars here for mechanical and autobody repairs for couple years and never disapointed.  Highly recommended!
