Our vehicle required quiet a bit of repair along the back bumper, hatch and tail light. Robbie and staff were amazing, worked out everything with our insurance company and our vehicle was ready faster than we expected. They also went above and beyond and washed it! Very impressed with the service. My car was involved in a hit&run. I stopped in Monday morning, with no appointment, and was seen right away. They contacted my insurance broker immediately and arranged all aspects of the repair including coordination of my rental. After the repair, I had questions and they answered right away. Even sent me a referral to a door dent repair company and fixed paint chips from rocks on the hood for no charge. Awesome they were!

Have used Herbers Autobody for a few of our company vehicles that got damaged. Was great service from first estimate to the actual repair. During the initial estimate brought me in to show me all the internal damage behind the bumpers as can never see all the damage from the outside. They don’t take chances and had a full break down and understanding of what is needed in the repair. Then with the repair was done on time and no issues with the repair work. Even was able to get a windshield replaced. Same time which had nothing to do with the original repair. So saved me a lot of time from taking it to another shop to have it replaced which for me is huge for us as this is a company vehicle and less down time the better.

I was treated with respect form the moment I arrived at Herbers. They took the time to explain to me what was going to be repaired on my vehicle. They kept me informed with the progress. My vehicle looked amazing when it picked it up. The paint matched beautifully . It was clean inside and out. I would differently recommend Herbers to anyone who is looking for repairs to their vehicle. They were spot on. I very much appreciate the time and effort they took and the quality of work you have done! Cheers to all your staff!

Once again the team at Herbers has done an excellent job. I had a scratch over the back panels of my car and they repaired it and the car looks awesome. I like bringing my vehicles here as they are acurate in the time estimate they provide for repair. I can book in for an estimate and I get a clean vehicle back. Thanks!
