The service was fast and knowledgeable. Even though I know nothing about cars, I never felt like they were trying to get more money out of me and they explained everything they did. The price was just right for what they fixed. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for quick and honest car repair.

Decided to try this shop based on the excellent reviews and am very happy I did.  As part of a brake job I had Scott, the mechanic, replace a front wheel bearing that had worn out.  The new bearing was faulty and failed within the first two days.  The failure was discovered only when the opposite side half shaft pulled out of the hub.  A bizarre and unpredictable result to say the least.  Off-White not only replaced the bearing under warranty but also took full responsibility for the damaged half shaft replacement even though it was hard to understand how the one caused the other.  Victor, their salesman, told me when I first walked in that they take care of their customers and they really do.  Everyone was wonderful to deal with.  I can't recommend them enough.

These guys are great! Great service, very honest loyal mechanics! First time visit was yesterday and I will definitely continue my service there. Mechanic was very open with me and allowed me to come into the garage to explain everything and point it out on the vehicle. Very friendly crew, high recommend this place. 

Place is undergoing renovation and can be a bit of an eye sore when you first walk in at the moment, but don't let that steer you away

Great service and good prices! As a university student I highly recommend checking this place out. Ask for what you're looking for and the owner will know exactly what you need!

I don't mind the half hour drive to this shop since the quality of repair and service is second to none. I have tried other shops, including dealers, for my BMW and I totally trust these folks. There is little waiting time and they now have a shuttle to drive you home or to work. Can't wait for their new waiting room to be renovated! Thank you, Fares and team!
