I just wanted to talk to a sales associate over the phone and was on the line for so long that it just hung up on me. Ive been to the store many times and they are not that busy, they have time to talk to walk around and talk to each other

They have very bad maintenance on their gaming section. TVs are broken and only one of the console demos are available. Goon job Best Buy.

They can’t be bothered to answer there phone. Horrible customer service. Don’t try calling Best Buy, they won’t answer!

Not enough cashiers. The greeter just shrugs. So highly recommend to order online and get enough for free shipping.
