We purchased a MacBook, AirPods, and several accessories from this Best Buy location, and we are very happy with our experience.nnWe would especially like to thank Farhad for his excellent customer service. Every time we visited the store, he took the time to help us patiently and provided honest, knowledgeable, and helpful advice. He answered all of our questions and guided us in choosing the right products without any pressure.nnHis professionalism, patience, and kindness made our shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. A month ago, I purchased a brand-new Nikon Z7 II camera with the Nikkor Z 24-70 f/4 S lens as part of a kit that was supposed to include the charger and battery. It was arranged to be shipped from Ontario to British Columbia, and I was very excited to receive it.nnHowever, when the package arrived, I was shocked to find that the box was not sealed, and the contents clearly showed signs of being used. Even worse, although the box matched my order, the actual items inside were not what I had purchased at all. Instead of the Nikon Z7 II kit, I found a Nikon D3100 with an AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm lens — an older, much lower-quality model that doesn’t compare to what I paid for.nnAs the Best Buy manager had promised, after one month and all the necessary checks, the camera I wanted and purchased was finally delivered to me in perfect condition. To make up for the time and inconvenience I experienced, I also received a discount on the camera and an additional discount on accessories, which made me satisfied with the outcome.nnI am very thankful to Mr. Manek, the store manager, who sincerely followed up on my case and did everything he could to speed up the process. His professional behavior made me change my review and opinion about this particular branch.

Corbin helped me out with choosing two laptops and was super friendly and informative about accessories I needed too. Also set me up with the appliances section and also helped speed up the process as I had a pregnant wife in the Vehicle waiting.nnVrutang was also very helpful. TLDR; Mohit the pick-up specialist resolved my issue and was great. 5 stars for the experience of fixing my order.nnHad to resolve an issue with an online order that I cancelled, and the call center was 0 help, so I ended up coming in pretty frustrated. They were at the pick-up desk and they helped me right away, getting the basic details and already coming up with solutions that would get it fixed today. Mohit was good enough to explain what the process would be, what needed to be done, and made it much less stressful. Dealt with it personally, stepped aside from the counter to handle it immediately, and even made sure that the refund went onto my card so that I wouldn't be waiting days for it to be processed back to me.nnNot happy I had to come in person to fix an online order, but thats not the staff's fault. Mohit did a great job handling this, and I wanted to give them some credit. Customer service during the holidays/post-holidays can suck, and they were their badge title- a specialist.
