I agree with all of the negative feedback for this store. Although the staff try and help you, they seem to be restricted by corporate policy. Bought a new phone which got locked out. You would think that they would just replace the phone for me, but gave me a flat out "No". I sat through about 40 minutes of troubleshooting with them. The sales rep was not knowledgeable on how to factory reset the phone to repair. I was able to reboot it for him, but did not know the key strokes to trigger the boot menu. I was very patient with the salesperson, until I lost it when he flat out refused to replace a phone that was purchased 2 hours ago. In the end, about six hours after purchasing I ended up resolving the problem myself. Poor, poor customer care, but they are very happy to quickly take your money.

If you get sales rep Atel... run. He does not know his products and plans Sold me a 1 GB tablet plan that he said could be shared with my Phone plan but was completely and utterly wrong. Store manager was there and didn't even say anything when he sold me the tablet plan... pretty sure he didn't know the details either. First 2 days my number didn't transfer had to take a day off work calling customer service repeatedly to see if they fixed it yet. When my bill came out and I saw that I was being overcharged I spent 4 more days talking back an fourth between customer service and eventually went to the store myself. When confronted Atel said there was nothing he could do about it and didn't offer any type of help. Didn't even acknowledge his mistake. Rude, unknowledgeable and doesn't care about the customer. Probably the worst retail customer experience ever... and I also work in the customer orientated business. Had to finally email Bell HQ and within a day they resolved it for me. Not sure why this was dragged out for so long... Needless to say won't be ever stepping into this store again as these people are in desperate need of some serious product training and this was a tremendous waste of my time. Didn't know the customer had to go through such a nightmare to fix a Bell employee's incompetence...

Service here was horrible. They'll straight up try to rip you off.. I was told an upgrade would cost me under 100 and then tried to charge me over 500 for it. They've also changed my plan without my consent. Don't go here!!

i've been with bell for as long as i can remember. great company. this branch has great service and will help you with what you need

Poor customer service. Rude and un-motivated staff. Long wait time with no consideration for customers. I've worked in the sales and customer service phone business for a while now. And I can honestly say these people have poor training and no motivation. You are more likely to get better service at the Best buy right beside them. Don't let these people get comssion off you for giving poor service.
