What’s not to like about London Drugs? They have everything you need in one place. We got a new handheld vacuum cleaner and some juice, lol! Friendly staff on our visit today. Nice selection of yard decorations and patio furniture for summer. We come for candy stocking stuffers in December each year.

Customer service here has been excellent for the 20+ years we’ve been shopping here. Mike was very helpful and courteous on the phone, and helped me to do a difficult exchange. Kate the manager was also reasonable with okaying this exchange, and Tanya at the c.s. Desk was friendly and helpful. We prefer to buy kitchen appliances and electronics from London Drugs because of the service here.. Tip: keep your receipts, be polite and be honest. The 2 girls in the cosmetics section needs to learn some basic customer service as after my purchase when I went to the other side of the aisle I heard them gossiping about me. And when they saw me they were again and again checking on me because I guess they understood that I heard them. I felt really bad I would never go back to this location ever. Talking behind customer’s back and being racist is not at all cool.

A pharmacist blond lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She denied a medication with a prescription from my doctor because of her own customer as she said. I didn’t know that the pharmacy has a VIP Customers. She refused to give me the medication when they have it in stock. My second terrible experience with this lady was when she refused to charge my medical insurance when it’s covered by my insurance company. So rude and unprofessional attitude towards the customers that unfortunately they have to deal with her. She told me to go back to Costco when I told her that Costco pharmacy charged my insurance company which is my right. Guess what!! I am going back to Costco pharmacy because I don’t have to deal with this rude pharmacist anymore.
