Great Staff and welcoming, however none have authority to help you in situations where your celluar device becomes problematic. This is more of a sales location and promotions. I would avoid this in the future and purchase a phone from a main, permanent store from my provider directly. What happened to me was an expensive and problematic run round and sales pitches instead of just fixing an issue. Granted they sent my phone in after one month use because I was having connection issues. At first I was told to take the phone to metrotown so that Samsung could fix it there, then at a later time was told they could send my phone in. So I let them send my phone in. Recieved it back unfixed with the term codeing issue as the problem with the phone. This didn't work for me, as I needed a phone for work and my back up couldn't maintain the workloads I demanded of it (Large company call volume) So I was then directed to go to surrey central where my provider could take my phone in and once again send it to samsung. After this I was informed that the tampering seal had been breached and that my warrenty was now void. Hence I had to come back to Mobile Shop and try and figure out what happened to my new phone. As of Today they are communicating with the metrotown shop and disscussing the supply of a new phone by first having the repair shop make the supply. I have confirmation that an e-mail was sent and that they are trying their best to resolve the situation. Yet as a solution a worker there tried to file me for an early update by paying out the cost of my current new phone for another new phone. minus the shoppers points of which I could no longer use on groceries. I was not impressed by this. However this is a month long endevour. I have lost connections with clients for a bootcamp and have had to create alternative methods of contact and alternatives for the delays , I have a construction company that requires a heavy dependence on the ability to contact emergency services and transfer safety documents on the fly that can be around 30-40 page Word files, massive photo reports, and requires active full time communication with clients and technitians. It has been a major inconvienience and I would have just taken a swap for the same phone version and have been done with it and been on my merry way. In short + friendly staff + good promotions + good prompt communication -Not always knowledgeable about customer service service's -Slow system of opperation action -will try to promote services instead of solving an issue I will update the comment when things have been resolved and probably give it another star rating after. Again I have been able to communicate the whole way through. It has just been a long and difficult process
