Wow! What great service. I went to this location to get a quote for car insurance and met with Ann. She was wonderful and so friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions. She explained all the options that would be best for me. Thanks Ann!

I was in process to buy a place. I was helped by Dorthy at kane Rd location. She definitely knows her house insurance stuff. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made the process very easy to understand. I would highly recommend getting her advice before buying home insurance.

Crooked. Went in twice to pay my insurance got turned around with the wrong information being told it wasnt yet due. Incurred NSF charges went back again to pay the second time got turned around again after even taking the phone from the broker to speak to the ICBC agent on the line. I called to speak to the manager of the brokerage today to make arrangements for payment and to appeal NSF charges and started explaining how I was in twice to pay only to be told "that wasnt the story I got" I WOULD NOT reccommend anyone in the Glenmore area go to this branch - make the drive to Rutland!

Horrible service. Very rude and not helpful. Trying to insure my first car, and the old lady working there with short hair and glasses was very mean and intimidating.
