Kelly was fantastic to deal with throughout our purchasing experience. Considering this was our first home purchase, Kelly was especially patient and had tons of helpful advice and often pointed out details we would have missed. She was always quick to respond to our questions (often within minutes) and always followed up when she said she would. We really appreciated her honesty about different home qualities and are very happy with the new home we purchased with her. She was absolutely lovely to work with! Kelly is a lovely mix of professionalism and fun. Due to her naturally kind and helpful nature, she can make an overwhelming, somewhat stressful experience go smoothly and with a sense of calm. She has an excellent knowledge of my local area, and can tell you what homes are worth in all neighborhoods, how best to prepare your home for a sale, and steps to take to anticipate and offset problems rather than wait until they happen. She listens with an open mind and generous heart to your needs and ideas and aspirations, and then works closely with you to make them happen. We could not be more pleased with her real estate talents and services.

Where others fail, Kelly gets the job done!!! We have sold 4 homes and Kelly has proved to be the best realtor we have ever used. We would not consider using a different realtor in the future. She is focused and diligent in her efforts to do the job for her client. We never wondered if she was on top of things, it was evident she was. She sold our house within days of listing it. You'll never regret using Kelly.

We've worked with Kelly twice in the last 18 months and both times our experience has been nothing but great! Kelly is a very organized real estate agent, who is super professional, but also very personable. She knows her job and the housing market inside out and backwards, and was able to give new home buyers/sellers like us some great insight and advice. We would work with Kelly again in a heartbeat!
