Jen was absolutely phenomenal in finding the perfect house for me and my fiance. I had a lot of wants and needs and she was able to fulfill all the requirements we needed and got majority of our wants included as well. She definitely works for her clients. We had a difficult seller (motivated but not in negotiations) and Jen did everything she could and ended up getting us a better deal than we had anticipated. Although we didn't get the $1,000 off the purchase price she was able to negotiate $3,000 of furniture to be left behind. THANKS JEN!!! Very knowledgeable and was not affraid to tell me if I was going astray. Would support my decision but was able to give industry advise and best practices to ensure that it was the best deal we could get. If you want an agent that is on your side will fight for your best price and get everything in order for you, JEN IS THE ONE!!!

I had been in my home for a long time, and had a lot of questions and concerns about selling it, in a somewhat slow Market. Bryon took the time to address these questions and assured me that I could spend a lot of time doing updates to my property prior to selling, and in the end not get a better price. With his help, I choose to list my home just after Christmas when there were few comparable homes Actively for sale. Despite my home not being in complete "Show Room Condition", Bryon and his team were able to generate multiple offers and sell it over list price! The process was very smooth and efficient. I have absolutely no reason to use another realtor in the future.
