His perspective was honest, presenting both pros and cons of each decision we were faced with. During the several months he worked with us, he listened to our concerns and interests and acted on them, doing research and communicating promptly. He displayed thorough knowledge of the housing market, neighbourhoods in Calgary as well as towns outside of Calgary that were of interest to us. I found Joe after browsing the local real estate website. He was the listing realtor for a property that I was interested in purchasing. I had never used a realtor before so I didn't really know how it all works. After reviewing Joe's website, reading some testimonials, and having some preliminary conversation with him, I was confident that I could trust him to get me through the process. I first hired Joe to sell my existing house before I'd be in a position to make an offer on his listed property. He helped me navigate through many quick showings and a few low-ball offers, and ultimately ended up selling in a bidding war within the first weekend. Joe's fast (and open) communication, paired with an advanced use of technology, was greatly appreciated throughout the process. Following the quick sale, Joe assisted me in making an offer on his listed property. Unfortunately the stars didn't align and I was outbid by another buyer. As everyone always says - it just means something better will come along. Joe quickly went to work helping me find the next opportunity. He was diligent in researching some unusual circumstances we encountered to make sure I had a full understanding of what I was getting into. Within a few quick weeks, we narrowed down the field and successfully negotiated the purchase of my next property. Entering into business without any personal recommendations is always a scary endeavor, but having now served me as both a buying and selling agent, I'd happily recommend him to anybody with a real estate need. Joe helped us with our home purchase and the sale of our condo. He was very professional and easy to work with. When we viewed various homes he provided very helpful and honest feedback and we knew he had our best interest in mind. I highly recommend him, we are very happy with our experience.

Thanks Joe. Sharon has been fabulous and a tremendous help up to this point. She has a brilliant service philosophy and I really appreciate that she has been so readily available to answer any of the questions that we have had. We (my husband and I) are first time homebuyers and we have really appreciated the level of detail that she has provided when responding to questions and concerns of ours. I also want to mention that the Joe Samson website is extremely user friendly and was the reason why I decided to contact and request that you or one of your agents be assigned to us. The first impression was a great one and was followed through with remarkable service and follow up on your and Sharon's part.
