Joe Samson served as our agent to sell our home and buy a new one. 
His perspective was honest, presenting both pros and cons of each decision we were faced with. 
During the several months he worked with us, he listened to our concerns and interests and acted on them, doing research and communicating promptly. 
He displayed thorough knowledge of the housing market, neighbourhoods in Calgary as well as towns outside of Calgary that were of interest to us. 
When we suspected a mistake on a property listing, he did not hesitate to confront and resolve the issue.

I found Joe after browsing the local real estate website. He was the listing realtor for a property that I was interested in purchasing.  I had never used a realtor before so I didn't really know how it all works.  After reviewing Joe's website, reading some testimonials, and having some preliminary conversation with him, I was confident that I could trust him to get me through the process.  

I first hired Joe to sell my existing house before I'd be in a position to make an offer on his listed property.  He helped me navigate through many quick showings and a few low-ball offers, and ultimately ended up selling in a bidding war within the first weekend.  Joe's fast (and open) communication, paired with an advanced use of technology, was greatly appreciated throughout the process.

Following the quick sale, Joe assisted me in making an offer on his listed property.   Unfortunately the stars didn't align and I was outbid by another buyer.  As everyone always says - it just means something better will come along.  Joe quickly went to work helping me find the next opportunity.  He was diligent in researching some unusual circumstances we encountered to make sure I had a full understanding of what I was getting into.  Within a few quick weeks, we narrowed down the field and successfully negotiated the purchase of my next property.

Entering into business without any personal recommendations is always a scary endeavor, but having now served me as both a buying and selling agent,  I'd happily recommend him to anybody with a real estate need.  Joe meets and exceeds all the core values listed on his website, with his greatest attributes being his attention to detail, his open & honest communication, and his willingness to share and educate based on his vast experience in all aspects of the real estate industry.

Joe helped us with our home purchase and the sale of our condo.  He was very professional and easy to work with.  When we viewed various homes he provided very helpful and honest feedback and we knew he had our best interest in mind.  I highly recommend him, we are very happy with our experience.

We found Joe after browsing a real estate website. We were new to Calgary so we didn't really know much about the area. But after having some conversation with Joe, we were confident that we could trust him to get us through the process. 

Joe exceeded all our expectations and got us our home. His attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to share and educate based on his experience of the real estate industry keep us reassured we were in good hands throughout this process.

Thanks Joe. Sharon has been fabulous and a tremendous help up to this point. She has a brilliant service philosophy and I really appreciate that she has been so readily available to answer any of the questions that we have had. We (my husband and I) are first time homebuyers and we have really appreciated the level of detail that she has provided when responding to questions and concerns of ours. I also want to mention that the Joe Samson website is extremely user friendly and was the reason why I decided to contact and request that you or one of your agents be assigned to us. The first impression was a great one and was followed through with remarkable service and follow up on your and Sharon's part.
 
I thank-you for making this experience such a special one and bringing us Sharon as our agent. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to help us with finding our first home!
