This has taken me far too long to do! If you're thinking of buying or selling a home, Dan is the agent you need. I've known Dan for coming up on 10 years now, and we've used him several times for both purchases and sales. His calm, collected approach combined with his superior knowledge of Calgary real estate make him an incredible resource and ally through such important transactions (especially when you are both buying and selling at the same time). Dan is a pleasure to work with. He knows how to make selling and buying a home fun, while keeping it very professional. He's very knowledgable and definitely made sure we get maximum value when selling our Arbour Lake home and helped us negotiate a very good buy price on our new place in Mount Pleasant.
