Our property management services extend to over 900 residential properties in Calgary, Edmonton and Southern Alberta. We offer premier management services to all of our investors, and ensure that our tenants have quality housing that meets their needs.

Lived in a Drummer managed apartment for 2 years. I was very impressed with them. The unit was delivered clean and move in ready. Carpets were professionally cleaned as well. The team, especially Joanna was awesome to deal with; such a sweetheart and very down to earth and friendly. Thank you Drummer Realty, Lianne and Joanna for a great experience. Would definitely recommend to others looking to rent.

We rented a house that was managed by Drummer and were a little worried about our decision after reading some of the reviews here. The house had a lot of wear and tear and had definitely seen better days so we made sure to document everything in writing and with photos during the walkthrough. We knew we'd be there for less than a year so Launa kept stressing that we shouldn't cause any additional wear and tear, which was a little annoying but also caused us to worry more. In the end, our worries were unfounded and we had no issues on the move out and we got our entire damage deposit back, even with a new person responsible for the property at move out. While we were in the property we had a number of mechanical issues that we reported and maintenance or appliance guys were dispatched to fix them for us. Your mileage may vary though. When I asked, they said that for properties managed by Drummer for a third party owner, the ultimate decision on how much to spend on maintenance is made by that owner. So if the property is owned by a real slum lord that won't spend anything it might be more difficult to get issues resolved.

The maintenance guy, Colin, was efficient, nice, and very helpful. He has fixed a few things in my unit now, all of which in a timely fashion. Drummer as a company has been pretty good to me. A touch disorganized attimes, but overall I've been quite satisfied. If I need to rent from another property management company, I would use Drummer.

Colin from Drummer was very polite and did a wonderful job on the maintenance work in my rental property.He has the best interest for both his company and the tenants. he was very professional in his work. He was fast and took the time to answered all the questions that i asked him. I will look forward to dealing with Colin again should the need arise in the future.  thanks Colin..
