My wife visited here today to buy silver coin. They are selling them 3 times the market price of silver coins. When my wife told them, it’s too expensive compared to standard silver coin price, she was told by them not to buy in that case. According to him, it means if he is selling 1 kg silver to me for $3000 due to festival time, it’s market value is only $1000. Jewellers here in Canada, specially in GTA need to be regulated and should sell as per live price/day price of gold and silver. Customers need to get educated as well.
I have been coming to the store for last 5 years and purchase jewelry here. I am always satisfied with service received by Owner and their staff. They carry huge selection and latest designs in the jewelry in the Brampton. I just purchased a wedding jewelry set with my daughter in law and one of their staff helped in this. Thank you Karol Bagh Team!!!
For any jewellery’s, this is my go to place. I came to re pierce my ears. Not only did I feel so comfortable, the service was fast and good! They made me feel so welcomed. On top they have such reasonable jewelry. I walked out with these beautiful hoop earrings.only came to pierce my ears. I highly recommend these jewellers to anyone that is in the GTA. Customer service is phenomenal and the jewellery is just a magnificent! My go to jewellers!
Worst customer service . The owner is too rude and disrespectful, tried to push the sale and get over with it. When I saw the ring there was stone missing, when I told them they feel offended and wanted to get rid of us. Also i found that the price for 5g gold bar is $40 higher than the regular market price. Bad service. Wont recommend at all
From the second I walked into this shop, I knew I was going to have a wonderful experience! I was greeted very graciously by the staff and there was an overwhelming amount of positivity and variety in the jewelry designs, craftsmanship etc. Would highly recommend visiting this shop- you won’t be disappointed!
Very bad experience Take everything in written because after that they don’t stay on their words and say who told you this. All good reviews are not from experienced people, they are from their first time customers.
After reading reviews I am not going there. I went to them few years ago felt same rude customer service as that time I just went to buy silver coin but now I am planning to buy big thing but don’t feel like going there after reading reviews. Thank you guys for sharing your experience!

I wouldnt give one star if google allows. They have such rude staff that no client would like to purchase. Even after paying filthy money they treat u like some beggars. ROOPLAL pls dont deal with this guy super worst just worst nothin to say.
Very bad service . The attitude of the lady at store I think she is the owner of the store was very very bad . She has no manners to treat the customers.They always overcharge than the market price.never go again.
