Terrible Service. Keep away. The guy is so rude. Doesn't answer questions. Refuses to acknowledge the customer. This staff acts like they are doing us a favour while we're providing them with business with OUR money.
Very co-operative and display nicely. Polite in talk and responsive. Thank you for service
Excellent customer service. Made my custom engagement ring in a very short period of time and personally delivered it to my home with all the documents.
Did not do a good job of soldering a bracelet back together was over charged and they had to rebuff the solder. After all that there are still holes in the links they were supposed to have repaired. They also Did not stick the date that they said would be ready customer service was good was not the owner.
Nice people to work with on custom pieces or updating/redesigning old pieces. Great vision and knew exactly what I was looking for after reviewing design concepts and tweaking their ideas to get exactly what I imagined. Very accommodating and very professional. Great team.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Scammers, and liars. To the response below: They are unable to say “we did not lie about the weight of the piece” nor could they say it in person, new lies to cover up old lies. The alteration they refer to is a resizing of a ring one week after a refund was denied. The refund offered on a damaged black stone is $1000 on $3200 piece. Ie. the actual value. Looking for I1/I2/I3 pieces, “black stones”? this is your one stop shop. This was the third store which I had visited. I inquired about the price of 22kt gold which I had purchased that same week for $71/gram. The store owner who is an old man told me that his price is $78/gram. And refused to say where the gold is from very sketchy. SCAM #1: The owner will tell you a sob story about his rent price, and that he gets the gold for $75/gram which is a lie SCAM #2: It is the industry standard to INCLUDE the HST in the negotiated price, this store will add an additional 13% on top of the agreed fixed price once you have come to agreement I looked at their diamond rings and inquired about the prices. Apparently everything is 50% off Also a scam, they purchase I1/I2/I3 pieces, hide the certificates and mark them up 6 times the value SCAM #3: They will tell you that they don't have the certificates for their diamonds they hide them because their items are of very poor quality and are damaged. They also lie about the origin of their gold. I regrettably purchased an item from them, originally marked at $6000, for $3000. I fell for SCAMs 2 and 3, where he added hundreds of dollars last minute to the price, and promised that the certificate can be purchased after the fact made me pay for it IT GETS MUCH WORSE! The line from sleazy salesperson to outright illegal was crossed when the store owner lied about the size of diamond, he said it was 20-30% bigger than what it actually was. In later arguments he showed that he has a measuring device, these people know what they are doing. SCAM #4: This store will actually LIE about the weight, size, quality, origin of their merchandise. They purchase garbage low quality items and try to sell it as average/acceptable quality. SCAM #5: When they get the diamonds evaluated, they will send it to a friendly appraisal shop who will over evaluate it. As to their response below: BEWARE OF APPRAISALS IN GENERAL, they tend to be as much as 3-5 times the actual value for "Insurance purposes" look online to find out how much a $5,000 appraised piece sells for, no more than $1400. Once I had the chance to see what I have wasted $3,200 on $3400 if you include the certificate and sizing I asked him for a refund where he refused. I had other shops look at what was sold to me, and had them describe it as "a piece of garbage", "even if I give you $1000 for it, I can't even put this on my shelf as I'd no longer be able to tell my customers that I have high quality items". "This very clearly looks like a shop which buys the bad items from wholesalers" I went back to him asking for a refund, and he offered me $1000 for the piece which I had just purchased from him less than a week prior. He at first lied about having deceived me about the WEIGHT of the piece and sternly told me that he was honest and forthright from the beginning. After shouting at him he admitted that he lied, he had the audacity to tell me "0.65, or 0.8 what is the difference?" I tried to make this horrible experience into somewhat of a positive, so I asked if I can just EXCHANGE the item, for something else in his store. I was offered to exchange the ring for "$1200 worth of gold". When I had paid $3,200 just a week prior. I wasted 3 hours trying to get ANYTHING back, having lost thousands of dollars, these are some of things which I was told by the store owner: "0.65 or 0.80 what is the difference" "Sometimes in life you learn a lesson, and that lesson costs thousands of dollars" This doesn't have to be my $3,000 lesson, it can be all of ours. Scam artists and liars are easy to spot in the internet age, these people are liars. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
Owner is very nice and humble and they give good price to loyal customers. If you are getting married or engaged i suggest coming here u instead of going to the big box jewelry stores that will surely rip you off
This guy has no sense how to deal with customers even he don't know how to talk with customer. He has no time to show the product he said he don't waste his time to show if costmer just wanna see.
Very good customer service. I got my nose pierced from him and I also bought a beautiful nose ring!
Very honest and friendly family owned business with excellent customer service
