I'd give this clinic 10 stars if I could. I suffered from several conditions that had been misdiagnosed by other doctors, repeatedly. Dr. Burgess, has managed to correctly identify two conditions that has led to one diagnosis and one pending. He also managed to find medications to treat two conditions that other doctors couldn't figure out a solution to. I never thought I'd ever be low a level of pain ever again, and no opiates. This doctor saves lives. Ten out of 5 start.

Dr Greidanus is my doctor and I am NOT comfortable with him. The only reason I haven't left is because I know how hard it is to find a family doctor here. It's not even possible for me to get a different doctor at Justik because no one is accepting new patients so I feel trapped and it's not a good feeling.

I've gone to this clinic regularly for 30+ years. I have seen multiple physicians. Because someone I saw 3 times retired, I've been told no doctor can see me. I am left without perscriptions or medical care. Shameful.

Clinic will not honor appointments that are booked online and then will wait 3 weeks only to call you 6 days before the appointment to tell you that the doctor won't see you because you haven't been there in X amount of years. They'll tell you your doctor is no longer your family doctor, despite still having your medical records on file in the clinic. Overall, entirely unimpressed.

My GP is very thoughtful and takes time with her patients. She is thorough in her work and assessments and helped me after contracting COVID and experiencing tachycardia. She also truly cares about her patients and wants to help them. Her colleague is also amazing. I went to her for Botox and look forward to my second visit.

I have been a patient for over 40 years and recently recommended your clinic to a young lady that was not pleased with her present doctor. I was so happy when she text me… Thank you so much for introducing me to this clinic. I lately spent 40min with my doctors. Thank you so much.

Been a client for 24 years Two of my doctors retired now they say there is no doctors available even though they sent me a letter saying they would accommodate me very poor

Dr Hassan missed a referral which almost ended my life as it delayed treatment. Now they have called for the second time threatening she will not be my doctor any more after I haven’t been there in so long. Thanks have already told them twice that I was done with her. A prime example of how that clinic does NOT listen to their patient.

Clinic with family physicians that only will see one person from the family....cool

I love this clinic. Dr Fletcher is my doctor and I am grateful for her, as she always makes me feel heard and less anxious. I always hated going to the doctor before seeing her but her knowledge and kindness makes the experience a lot easier and I feel comfortable talking with her about my medical issues.
