This clinic is designed to minimize time with patients and maximize profit. If you miss and appointment it’s $80 or they drop you as a patient. They have a one issue policy, which means you can only speak to them about one problem and then you have to reschedule and come in again for anything else the entire purpose is to get the maximum # of patients seen so the physicians can collect a fee everytime.

Do not go to this clinic. I went 7 days after hip replacement surgery to get more pain medication as instructed by Edmonton bone & joint clinic. After waiting for over 1hr & 15min saw the Dr, who asked what was going on told him about surgery & my family Dr not prescribing pain meds & was told to come to medi-center to get more if needed. He said he does not prescribe narcotics either. When I asked him where I could go he said that was my problem not his & turned around & left room & went to his office. Completely disrespectful to me & extremely rude!!! All he had to do was look on health link to see that I was not lying & just looking for a quick fix. I know opioids are a terrible thing but when they are needed post op, what is a person to do???

It's one of the .most amazing clinics I have found in Edmonton. Dr Musbah is professional and understanding he is kind and spends adquate time with his patients .The suffering is so great ,professional and kind hearted too they make you feel valuable

I've been a consisent patient of Musbah's since his office opened in 2018 via both walk-in and appointment. Pros 1. The pharmacy and pharmacists next door provide incredible care, even without having to see a doctor. Cons 1. Patricia receptionist is condescending and rude; even moreso over the phone. 2. Book an appointment and you're still waiting 10-15 minutes. Musbah always has one foot out the door. Refuses to help with multiple issues. 3. Used to be willing to prescribe anxiety/depression medication and referrals; with new medical diagnoses, all Musbah can offer is the suicide hotline. Anything else was "above his pay grade". No suggestions or referral to a doctor who could help. 4. Failed to notify of office holiday for the entire month of August; since I require long-term medical notes and required an update during their holiday, this affected my financial stability. 5. When called out for failure to notify of said holiday, I was told there was no doctor-patient relationship and was given a week to decide if he was my GP. The CPSA College of Surgeons and Physicians of AB says otherwise. Thankfully I keep records. Don't come here if you are on gov't assistance or seeking mental wellness. Even better, seek another doctor entirely.

Dr. Musbah is an awesome family doctor. He takes his time to explain and doesn't make you feel rushed on appointments. The waiting time is isnt long and The staff is great too.

One of the best clinics in Edmonton! Dr.Musbah and his friendly staff are very compassionate and caring towards their patients and always know how to make you comfortable in their office. Dr.Musbah listens to all concerns expressed and goes out of his way to go above and beyond the basic standards of a Doctor and ensure that the right plan of action for you as an individual happens. I would trustfully recommend this clinic to anyone of my friends and family.

He is the best doctor I have had, very helpful and friendly. Has a lot of experience and the staff there are helpful and nice. Salam.

One thing you should know about this clinic is, they are after one thing and one thing only.......money. Caring for a patient isn't what this clinic is about. I found it odd when Patricia asked me if it was just about my knees. I said,ok...... and thought nothing of it. Then when I talked to the doctor about the issue, he came to a conclusion of x-rays and an ultrasound were needed. Then he asks if that is all and I explained to him about my wrist and he just walked out of the room and ducked into another room. I proceeded back to the front confused about what just happened and asked Patricia receptionist about what just happened. Patricia explained to me with attitude that 1 issue per visit. Then I asked how much it would cost me to have 2 issues looked at at the same time. She told me that they bill Alberta Health Care for "every" visit so there is no need to pay extra. I told Patricia that, it seems like a money grab and she proceeds to roll her eyes at me and tell me, it's their policy and if you don't like it you can go somewhere else. From the doctor to the receptionist Patricia they were completely unprofessional and have limited knowledge guess work Rida Musbah is the doctor I seen. They have found a way to abuse the healthcare system and ensure that their pockets are getting lined. To the owner, I have all documents supporting I was at your clinic today so good luck trying to cover it up.

Dr Musbah is definitely the best doctor I have worked with. His diligence, his love for his profession, his kindness, his empathy make him who he is. Since we knew Dr Musbah, my family has regained smile after so many years. The list is too long. Keep on with the good work Doctor!

I have had Dr Rida Musba , as my family Dr for a few years now he runs a very pro active clinic . His staff courteous friendly respectful, pro active ! I recommend this clinic if you want a great Dr and great service . He also keeps his clinic very clean , and organized & Safe . Compared to other clinics I have been to in the city of Edmonton!!
