Journey Cafe

Always on the lookout for a new Café to try. Was meeting up on a first date on Sept 30th and I suggested this Café as it's between both of our places. It's a little hidden from the main road but the sign is visible from the parking lot. Lots of parking was available, including Handicap parking. Their hours are visible from their entrance. From the outside it looks small but once inside, it catches you off guard. There's a nice entrance with seating, beautiful signage and displays, a nice size counter and service area and then further back is even more seating! Very well hidden gem. Love their caulk board sign and I took my time looking over all the options. They serve a Canadian Roasted coffee from BC. As always, got a cup of their drip coffee and I loved that it came in a proper mug as I was staying. The blend of coffee wasn't for me when I drink it just black. But with cream or sugar, I'm sure it would have been fine. Though it wasn't busy, there was cups on the table from the previous customers. The server came and took them away but didn't wipe down the table, which still had cup marks all over. Oh well.... I would happily come back and try some items on their menu, server had some recommendations and I would love to give them a try next time.

Stopped in for an early lunch on Google's recommendation. Am I glad to have found it! The roast beef sandwich is amazing and the coffee is brilliant. The guy behind the counter was friendly and skilled.Food: 5/5

If you love chocolate and caramel, make sure you get yourself the Inka cake. It's like a Twix and a Ferror Roche had a baby on a cake just the perfect balance of caramel sweetness to cakey goodness and chocolatey coating with some crunch. My London fog was also totally delicious and I love the large serving size. The atmosphere is just cozy right too. Plus lots of seating to choose from! A great place to spend an hour with my book this afternoon.

I was quite disappointed with my order. I ordered 3 items for delivery. The shawarma, donair panini and the roasted beef panini. Taste was okay but the fillings/portion of the items was quite less compared to what I paid. I wish they wouldn't be so cheap on the fillings especially when you are paying 10+ dollars for each item.

I went today for the first time, and everything was delicious! The cinnamon toast latte I had was fresh and hot and yummy. I also ordered the breakfast plate and really enjoyed it. The two young men at the front working were both friendly and kind. I love supporting a business like this! Local and amazing!

Nice and comfortable place to enjoy a cup of coffee and other food. Excellent customer service with a big smile. Keep it up.

Great little cafe. Seems to be run by a couple of young bruthas. I’d like to see it a little busier for their sake. The vanilla cappuccino I got was great. They made it sugar free and with half and half like I asked. They have two sizes small and large. I took mine to good. I recommend this place if you need a coffee or a snack. They said they’re working on getting more gluten free items and will have salads in the near future

Awesome cafe to check out. They offer tasty breakfast and lunch options for a good price. The espresso was good, and the chicken shawarma was great. Fairly large space with a good number of tables to work or study at. Would recommend.

As soon as you walk into this masterpiece of a cafe, the hospitality is sensed instantly and you are readily welcomed by the incredibly respectful and friendly staff. Once you receive your order and take your seat, pure bliss and peacefulness strikes you. This cafe truly has a calming and all round good feeling vibe to it. Food/drinks are amazing and fresh, service is perfect. I highly recommend going to this cafe.

Will 100% be coming back I had a great experience. The coffee was amazing, as well as the service and the food. It’s the cutest vibe and there’s even some board games to play.
