Located in cute historical building. The ambience inside was great. Also the outdoor space seating was wonderful. Made for a wonderful experience outdoors to relax & have breakfast. Service friendly as well. Happy they had vegan option as well for breakfast:. Hope they include more in the future. Great place to visit.
I enjoyed breakfast here both mornings during our two night stay in Edmonton. A unique restaurant setting in the historic Riverdale neighborhood, Little Brick serves fresh, high quality, reasonably priced eats and drinks in a beautiful house from 1905. Recommended: Breakfast sandwich and the Mini Egg Scone. Hands down the best scone I’ve ever had!
Must give rave reviews to this business for a recent birthday my family hosted for me at Little Brick. Excellent food, beverage and waiter service which was above and beyond my expectations! The atmosphere outside with perfect weather was amazing for this type of event. Their outdoor canopy tents worked great for table seating. It was a birthday I won’t forget after such fine service! Big thanks to the team that made the evening so memorable!
Ok. So I'm guilty. I've been going to this beautiful haunt in this old homestead in Riverdale forever and haven't told many about it. I guess it's been my go to secret brunch/weekend spot forever and I've not really broadcast it. Not that they need the attention. The place has been busy all summer in their outdoor garden and in their tent. And also packed in their quaint home with its separate rooms. But it's time to share it. The food here is so fabulous and diverse. Not an extensive menu but what they do for breakfast/brunch/lunch is fabulous. Fresh baked goods and savoury warm eats. They have a quaint front area with merchandise. And wonderful coffees! The service is good. No complaints. They're so busy that I believe they are more focused on getting through serving everyone than extending pleasantries...but I'm fine with that. And the space is exceptional...if you can find parking in the neighborhood. In the snow-less seasons, it's well worth a little bit of a walk. Five stars. You won't regret it! Parking: Parking is in a residential area. Very limited.
Visited here for the first time a few months back. We looked online before visiting to know our order. I was looking forward to the pan fried oatmeal with whip cream that advertises as Vegan. It sadly is not vegan and yet the menu mistake has still not been corrected. I ordered the apple cinnamon porridge instead and found it inedible. There was so much cinnamon it was burning my mouth and that's all you could taste, I like cinnamon. The breakfast sandwich was well received by my partner but the whole meal felt overpriced.
This is a local gem hidden in the river valley and a must visit for a hot coffee drink or a cold brew. Also a delightful brunch during thise relaxing weekend when you want a walk the river valley and stop for a delicious locally made food. There is patio and Indoor seating. Staff are friendly and quick to help get your order. There is a washroom as well. This is a historical building and should be worth of your visit when visiting downtown. Take a look at their menu for weekend as I am sure you will find something for anyone with dietary requirements and restrictions. Totally local and absolutely enjoyable.
There foods are always a BOMB. This is my second time here, we ordered avocado toast, and egg Benedict this time. I m in love with both!!!! Especially the avocado toast .
A beautiful little spot in the heart of Edmonton…the eggs Benedict and breakfast burrito are delicious! The latte is perfect also! A must go to when in Edmonton!
A beautiful heritage building, housing a wonderful little cafe. Had the breakfast burrito, not only was it large, it was incredibly flavourful. The coffee is also very high quality. I would definitely recommend this place.
It’s in the cute neighborhood. I liked that they have a good amount of seating area. Although nothing really stands out to me. - Americano $4 - white chocolate and Mixed Berry scone
